I think she’s had some work done over the years. Perhaps also magnified by extreme efforts to stay thin. She looks awful.

Now that she's getting a divorce, maybe she'll be able to move on and start eating.

Actually, she looks like she has been embalmed if you ask me. I don’t necessarily agree about her having one of the strongest “brands” out there....unless it is formaldehyde.
