Reuters/Ipsos Poll: Obama holds big 2012 lead over Republicans (Palin Leads GOP)
reuters ^ | June 08 2011 | John Whitesides

She’s up 22-20 on Romney according to Reuters/Ipsos. Paul and Cain are tied for third at 7%. Today’s Quinnipiac poll appears to be a pretty major outlier when you consider that the Governor and Romney have been within four of each other in every other credible poll.

H Cain is probably too old to follow that script, but I would certainly want to see him on the ticket. He is my #1 choice currently but Palin would be just as good.

I won’t show up and vote for Cain because after his “I won’t sign any legislation longer than 3 pages” he’s a gimmick to me. I am all about Sarah. Would I vote for someone else were they nominated? I might ... just not sure who.

I’m tired of settling or “the lesser of two evils.”

I like Sarah a lot, but to deny that the MSM has successfully demonized her is crazy talk. Short of a full fledged depression, or a major October surprise (Birth Cert. or such) I can't see her getting above 45% in the General.

How can this be when the WaPo poll said 95% of Republicans wont vote for her and O’Really’s poll showed the same. I am starting to distrust them.

Pray for America

You KNOW the GOP elite are behind the scenes pushing polling, in one manner or the other, trying to convince GOP voters that Romney is the only one that can win.

We will NOT be fooled!!!

Yeah, that’s right. Four more years of Obama wouldn’t be so bad.

If Sarah doesn’t enter I’m voting for Cain. I also like McCotter who isn’t in either.

Pain/Cain has a nice ring to it...followed in a few years by CAIN 2020.

Me too. Here is the thing. Palin will make it for two terms but the damage done to America by King Obama will take a generation to clean up. The recovery will be slow because rebuilding never is fast. It will take Cain to do the next 8 years after Palin to finish the back to a Constitutional America. Our current destruction has taken at least 40 years of pure insanity. The Democrats must be destroyed and labeled hard core communists to keep them dead. This is going to be extremely hard because if the communists get back in power after Palin's term America will go a dictatorship so fast it will make your head swim.

It’s my understanding that ALL polls are meaningless at this point.

I remember when George Allen ran for governor in Virginia he would freqently be at the metro stop shaking hands and meeting people. I believe this is Sarah Palin’s strategy. While all the others go off to debate, she’s out meeting with the folks.

From what I’ve seen of Cain so far—I’d give him top billing.
