What's with the hatred of Michele Bachmann at Free Republic?

What's with the hatred of Michele Bachmann at Free Republic lately?
I've seen some psychotic paranoid drivel about her secretly working for Mitt Romney, but apparently there's more to it than that.
Please help me out here, folks.

Romney has demonstrated himself to be a socialized medicine, pro abortion rino. Everyone else, including Bachman, I am open to.

She DID give up the governorship...
So?
There were, almost daily and certaintly weekly, frivolous lawsuits being filed by Democrats against her that because of the laws of Alaska and ethical concerns she had to pay for the defense against.
They put her, and her family, over $500,000 in debt.
These lawsuits were so numerous that she and her staff had to spend over 80% of their time perparing and defending against these lawsuits.
She, and her staff could not do the state's business while spending all of that time to defend against those lawsuits.
So RockinRight, what were her options in your mind?
Should she have continued to have lawsuits filed against her that were effectively making her a non-Governor because of the time needed to prepare/defend against the lawsuits?
Should she have continued to rack up more and more debt that she had no way to pay for?
What would you have done RockinRight?

Michelle Bachmann is one of the rising stars in the conservative movement. Paranoid conspiracy theorists have portrayed her as a stooge for Mitt Romney, simply because she has not (yet) attacked Romney, but neither have any of the other candidates. Sarah Palin is great, but she is not yet in the race, and the other candidates cannot be told to stay in a holding pattern and avoid campaigning while she makes up her mind. Attack phonies like Romney, Gingrich, and Palin all you want, but do not attack fellow conservatives!

Governor and Vice Presidential candidate Palin will always carry the title of “Governor Palin”, unless she gains a higher title.

Just who is pure, anyway?

1. She's not Sarah Palin
2. She's not supposed to be running for president, Sarah Palin is.
Simple enough.

It's not hatred. We just don't like backstabbers. MB cut some kind of deal with the GOP-E over Christmas to help out with the
Stop Sarah campaign. In January and February, members of her staff suddenly showed up in South Carolina and Iowa and started bad mouthing Sarah Palin to state and local GOP chairmen and leaders. And then she hired Ed Rollins to serve as her campaign manager. Rollins immediately attacked Palin, and MB did not refute or fire him. He silence spoke volumes. And then at last week's debate, she refused to attack Romney or Romneycare.
It doesn't take a genius to connect the dots here.

The thinking processes of those suffering from Palin Derangement Syndrome are quite fascinating.
It almost borders on Paranoia

You are one of the biggest PDSers here and you cry when your candidate gets picked on. Amazing.
Say hello to Pissant for me.

This is a bait vanity thread. EveningStar has a moderate, anti-social conservative agenda.
Romney support comes in many forms.

I like Michelle Bachmann and I agree with her about 90% of the time. I just don’t think she’s ready from primetime. I would listen to her on Mark Levin and she would come off as being whinney. This has changed since she has started to run for President. During the healthcare debate in 2010, she decided to fast. I have absolutely no problems with her religious beliefs whatsoever, I just did not think it was appropiate that she decided to do that at that time.

Try reading post #29, there's more proof than you and your cult of PDS sufferers want to admit to.

When she hired a guy like Ed Rollins who many said was a mistake to hire in the first place, they questioned her judgement, He then went after Palin and regardless how you feel about Palin, it’s a stupid move politically since the same type of supporters Bachmann wants and needs are also supporters of Palin whether she runs or not! And despite the political thinking of many on FR, if Palin gets in the race, it will be a gamechanger in that she will be the only one who financially, a loyal base and name recognition that can challenge Romney immediately, no offense to Cain, Pawlenty or anyone else.
To: EQAndyBuzz
Neither is Palin. See “bridge to nowhere”, she was before it before she was against it.
