SACRAMENTO – Governor Edmund G. Brown, Jr. announced today that he has signed the following bill:
• SB 48 by Senator Mark Leno (D-San Francisco) – Pupil instruction: prohibition of discriminatory content.
Religious schools fall into the capitalist system. They are privately owned and run. Capitalism is very encouraging of charity and religion. Church owned and run schools would be a major sector of the market if we did away with socialized schooling.
I’m assuming, of course that you aren’t talking about a government church.
Capitalism is a form of economy. It has nothing to do with schools.
Capitalism isn’t God.
Of course I’m not talking about a government church. I’m talking about individuals or groups of individuals creating privately run schools, however they see fit.
I don’t see why everything has to be a “market”. Money and profit aren’t the ruler by which everything is measured.
You are talking about a capitalist system; private property, free market capitalism. The market includes the non-profit sector.
In a capitalist system the individual gets to pick which nonprofit organization he supports. Or he is free to support none of them.
Government mandated charity isn’t charity. There is nothing moral about taking your money by force and giving it to a nonprofit group I think should have it.
You’re are advocating a capitalist system but for some reason don’t want to call it capitalism. You obviously don’t advocate retaining the socialized system we have.
We are in agreement no matter what you want to call the system we are talking about.
The “Public School” is better characterized as the tax-funded, communist-run, school collective.
That’s what it is.
Any conservative that participates in that thing, either by sending his children there or teaching there, is feeding the beast.
Get out of it.
Make the sacrifices necessary to educate your own children, either at home, at church or synagogue schools, or by forming your own cooperative.
What’s the difference between a cooperative and a collective? Participation in a cooperative is voluntary. Participation in the collective is mandatory.

Given that 0bama’s ancestry is Kenyan Moslem, his ancestors probably participated in the African slave trade. The African slave trade is alive and well today, and is still run by the Moslems.

I already called my wife (teacher in LAUSD) about this. She said that she and many other teachers would not teach this BS! I told her that if my daughter comes home and tells me she learned about this sick perverted history...I would do something drastic!
I really want to send them to private school, but $ is a problem...I just want to get my tax dollars back that we pay for something that I do not support (public education) and send them to a school of my choice! I am PISSED!

Christ paid in blood for the people of California, and He WILL receive the fullness of the reward for His suffering.
Even now there are intercessors crying out, as it were, "between the porch and the altar" for mercy, and salvation for the homosexual community.
Mark me well: in The Day of The LORD, We will see that there were many redeemed out of that population.
At least this discrimination against Christians and betrayal of the Bill of Rights will give traditionalists something concrete to take to the Supreme Court. Hopefully, before Obama gets another shot at nominating the final nail in our coffin.
This stupidity is why students are leaving CA schools right and left for home schooling, church schools and other private schools. It is also one of the reasons why people are leaving the state for places like Texas.
Of course they are. Look at their idiotic spending....constantly giving it to the taxpayers up the a**. I rest my case.

The conventional mom-dad nuclear family is the fundamental building block of our culture. To destroy western culture, the communists need to destroy the family. Promoting homosexuality is the best means to that end. That is why they are so obsessed with promoting homosexuality. They NEED to wipe out the mom-dad-kids family to install hard communism.
