A poster about sexual assault displayed on the U.S. Navy’s Facebook page is causing quite a stir. Titled “Sexual Assault Prevention Tips,” the poster advises readers not to assault anyone.
“When you see somebody walking by themselves, leave them alone!” it reads. “If you pull over to help someone with car problems, remember not to assault them!”
The poster doesn’t stop there.
“USE THE BUDDY SYSTEM! If you are not able to stop yourself from assaulting people, ask a friend to stay with you while you are in public,” the poster continues. “Don’t forget, you can’t have sex with somebody unless they are awake!”
Some Facebook posts are meant to be humorous or sarcastic, but this is the U.S. Navy. Reactions to the poster’s 10 tips were harsh, with many seeming to believe it was a joke. The Navy says it was not.

Whoever thought that one up should be tossed overboard. Of course, they are one of the beach bound brigade so tossing them overboard means pushing them off their chair as they are nothing more than Remington Raiders.

Homosexual assaults of military personel within the ranks is at an astronomical high,
and I bet this group has nothing to say about that.
Liberals have infected every part of society which explains the position the United States finds itself in right now.
I would not be surprised. I haven’t heard of that, but it’s to be expected that will be more acceptable to this group.

Actually, I'd be tempted to approach "them" and ask how "they" qualified for a plural pronoun all by "themselves."
Or if they have invisible friends.
Or if they majored in Oxymoron.

This is part of the eternal idea that “The answer is education.”
I teach Ethics CE classes to insurance agents occasionally, and the curriculum seems to be based on the theory that the students just weren’t aware you’re not supposed to lie, cheat or steal.
Education will take care of that! No more unethical behavior!

I suspect though, that the folks who promote this particular poster would also be more understanding of homosexual assault in the military, much like the blind eye that is often turned on "certain" hate crimes.
It's just part of an agenda.
Well if the supposed “lessons” are based on ridiculous premises, quit teaching them.
