Tim Pawlenty thought hed go after Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.), thereby showing he really isnt a wimp. The objective was to dent Bachmanns image; instead Pawlenty has been mowed down by some of the most effective-counterpunching we have seen in recent memory. Pawlenty went on CNNs State of the Union to repeat his dig on Bachmanns experience. Bachmanns campaign leveled the boom on the former Minnesota governor in a written statement: These are serious times that require serious solutions not more of the same. Being right on the issues is critical it is what the American people demand. Executive experience is not an asset if it simply means bigger and more intrusive government.

“Tim Pawlenty thought hed go after Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.), thereby showing he really isnt a wimp”
He is best known for standing next to Romney and showing how big of a wimp he is, so attacking a woman from afar is to make him look “manly?”
Sarah Palin is my favorite, but Bachmann is my second choice.
Stop it Timmy, you’re giving her a headache !!!
Stop it Timmy, you’re giving her a headache !!!
I just keep Praying Michelle Bachmann gets the nomination. I think she would drop kick Obowbow in the election.
Yes, but for which party?
I don’t know much about Pawlenty, but I saw him on TV recently, talking about how he was hosting an “ice cream social” - it sounded so fake, and also effeminate.
He came off as a fairy.
Timmy's pin pricks would have been better aimed at, say Mitt, or even Obam-uh!
If only the House leadership had been big enough to give her the messaging position she wanted, all these debt ceiling negotiations might have gone down much differently.
Bachmann has genuine talent and the House refused to use it.
As a Palin supporter, I disapprove of Ed Rollins’ bare-knuckled treatment of Bachmann’s fellow conservative, but I’ve read Rollin’s fascination book, and admire his skills.
I think Bachmann is getting good advice in this respect, and is relentlessly staying on message.
It sound like someone is trying for a VP slot.
One RINO and One Wimp On the same ticket. Yeah. That ought to bring conservatives to the polls.
He needs to fire whomever is advising him. It’s a fact as governor of Minnesota Pawlenty was more center than right. Now maybe it was impossible for him to be right of center and get elected in Minnesota. But then don’t run for president trying to be something you’re not. The voters aren’t buying it.
He woudn’t criticize Romney to HIS face. He wants to be Romney’s VP since he figured out pretty quickly he’s not going to be president.
Pawlenty is using the same tactics the democrats and RINOs tried with my congressman by claiming he did nothing in congress.
The fact is that its been a democrat dominated congress for most of the time they’ve been there. I also haven’t forgotten the way the republicans immediately tried to get their boot on the throat of the freshmen after the last election.

There is nobody else in this race, running along side this race, following it on a bus or anywhere else nearby who has tenacity, clarity and command of today’s pertinent facts in a way comparable to Michele.
She would rip Obama a third a-hole.
Hmm...I have a feeling had she gotten Jeb Hensarling’s post she’d be stuck towing the leadership line. That’s probably one of the reasons she didn’t get the position.
SOME CALL ME...tim.
(Watch out for the Bachmann bunny. She'll rip your head right off!)
