He is speaking well which is scary because 1/2 the Americans will be bragging about how great the speech was and not emphasizing about how every word he is saying is BS.

We owe so much because of all the tax cuts those evil Republicans gave the rich and those needless wars. Hey Obama, yes all presidents have raised the debt ceiling. My question is: how many more times do we raise it until we’re broke? We raise it because the gov’t spends too much. Keep spending, keep raising. Not a good perpetual motion machine.
