Debbie Wasserman Schultz says GOP seeks ‘dictatorship … spark panic'
Politico ^ | 7/27/11 | MIKE ALLEN

Posted on 07/27/2011 3:43:00 PM PDT by Nachum

Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.), chair of the Democratic National Committee, said Wednesday that House Republicans are trying to impose “dictatorship” through their tactics in the debt-ceiling negotiations. She said the GOP rhetoric could “spark panic and chaos,” which she called “potentially devastating” to the economy.

The chair telephoned POLITICO to express “significant disappointment in where … Republicans have allowed this debate to degenerate.”

“Aren’t we at the point where the closer we get to chaos, the more concern that there should be about coming to the table and compromising with Democrats?” Wasserman Schultz asked. “This is not leadership. This is almost like dictatorship. I know they want to force the outcome that … their extremists would like to impose. But they are getting ready to spark panic and chaos, and they seem to be OK with that. And it’s just really disappointing, and potentially devastating.”

Ah, but Democrats are not supposed to be “coming to the table and compromising with Republicans” are they Ms. Wasserman???

No, they’re not.

To the Dems, “compromise” is always a one way street - their way or nothing.

Now they have a House that won’t (at least so far) play that game.

That vid is from July 4, 2010 on the run-up to the election, but the message is even more on point today, and especially sweet knowing he won !

Don’t forget about the “moderate” republicans in your statement. They have sold us down the drain along with the commies (democrats).

All these years I’ve been voting Repub and now I see just what damage has been done by some of those that I believed would “hold the line”.

What to me is so alarming though, is that democrat operatives and spokespersons must have such a disdain for the American people, including their own base in order to say and do the things they bring to our lives.

They have to think that people are stupid, easily manipulated, gullible, feed on class warfare, greedy, lazy, and care for nothing but themselves in a singular fashion.

If I were a liberal I'd want to punch the Schumers, Reids, Wasserweiners, Jackson-Lee's, and such right in the nose for talking crap that's condescending and outlandish. If they give me some ends justify means bullcrap, I'll punch them more.

Debbie Blabbermouth Schmuck and Dumb-ass Clyburn are revealing what the Marxist plan is.

They are going to stonewall and allow a crash. Then they will pull the plug and panic the herd and blame all the chaos on the GOP. They will stop SS, veterans, and military checks, shut down the financial markets and the banks, cease debt service payments, take over the airwaves and shut down the internet, and ultimately declare martial law and rule by Executive degree. For our protection, of course, because their mobs will be running rampant in the streets when the welfare checks stop.

They are planning and now activating their final coup against America and the Constitution. We have not been in such dire peril since 1861. I feel like we are living in October, 1917, Russia...
