Jon Meade Huntsman, Jr. -- An Obama plant?
(Vanity) | 1 August 2011 | areukiddingme1

How can anyone, anyone at all think that a liberal Republican is in this 2012 race for any other reason than to attack the field -- In particular, the front runners.

Here is my litmus test -- How much and how often does Huntsman attack Obama and how much and how often does he attack the Conservatives and Republicans he is running against.

I see the man, I hear the man, and I see someone willing to attack his own party early and often -- If he really is part of the Republican party.

Quite honestly, the field hasn't even settled yet, and he is already attacking the right -- Didn't you get the memo Mr. Huntsman, this election is about Obama's failed administration and defeating it -- It isn't about smearing the right. Unless....

There will be plenty of time to debate the candidates on the right - that is debate, not smear.

But not now, all attacks 24/7/365 need to be directed at the failed Obama administration.

The more I listen to Huntsman attack the right the more it conjures up images from the first Godfather movie when Michael Corleone figures out that he has been betrayed by Fredo and says to him, "don't tell me that you're innocent. Because it insults my intelligence and it makes me very angry. Now, who approached you first?"

Well Mr. Huntsman, who approached you first, Rahm Emanuel, Valerie Jarrett, Daniel Stern, or David Axelrod. How much money did they offer you to run AGAINST the GOP field in 2012?

Was that the price you had to pay for accepting your Ambassadorship to China from Obama...you had to promise to run against the right and smear the field for Obama?

How does a man that says this about the president; “You are a remarkable leader and it has been a great honor getting to know you.” How does a man run a campaign against an opponent that he has said you are a remarkable leader, how does he run against that man. Explain that? Why run against someone that you believe to be a remarkable leader -- Unless...

If Hunstman stays in this race it is for one reason and one reason only -- Attack the right. If I'm wrong, I will post an apology. If I'm right, it will be more than obvious by November 2011.

Mr. Huntsman, don't tell me you are a Republican; "It insults my intelligence."

Honestly I cannot think of any reason except for personal vanity for this guy to be in the race. He will pull votes off of the other Vichy Republicans. Romney, Roehmer (LOL!), Gingrich etc. He does not hurt conservatives - his presence helps them by dividing and diluting the party hack vote.

No matter how much the liberal media tries to pump up Romney with fake polls, Obamajaad knows they’re fake, so he’s got to find another ‘moderate’ (aka democrat) to sneak onto the republican slate to fool the independents.

You could write the same article, mutatis mutandis, about Pawlenty as well. Seems half the GOP "field" is field mice.

Probably the most blatantly obvious stalking horse since Wesley Clark (D-Clinton) pretended to run for President.

Maybe he hired McCain as his secret advisor.
