TANF, WIC, Food Stamps (EBT), SSI/SSD, Section 8, Free Cell Phones, Free Internet, Energy Assistance, Bus/Gas vouchers, Free Breakfast/Lunch Programs, Pell Grants and yes, even VA benefits to some extent.....

Our higher education system is so screwed up it isn’t funny. There used to be a time when you could work your way through college, or borrow a little. But all the federal subsidies have created a classic case of price inflation to the point now where you pretty much have to get a huge loan. And since college kids can’t get huge loans on their own, you need state guarantees and subsidies.
And, of course, when you get a racket like this going, you get lazy dopes liket his guy scamming the system. People like this will always be with us. The difference was that in the old days, there wasn’t a pot of taxpayer money to subsidize his lazy ass while he played guitar and got a useless degree.
Its time to END TAXPAYER FUNDED COLLEGE LOANS AND SUBSIDIES.

The welfare state is a double abomination. It destroys wealth and lives. Parasitism destroys people and potential.
If this clown even voted, who do you think he voted for? Is there any doubt? What makes me really mad is how I’m paying for two kids to go through college. I get barely any help. My kids work hard and all the colleges do is send me bills!!

He gets $437 from St Paul's County to use to pay rent because he goes to school (an Obama voter) and lived with his girlfriend claiming here in defense that his girlfriend offered to let him live with her for free, so he could spend the money on himself as if he won the lottery. But it obviously is not section 8 funding that requires that the money go to rent.
