"Reclaiming America" bus tour will hold tea party rallies in 29 cities, span 17 days

The Tea Party Express is making final preparations to launch their fifth national tour that will bring conservative rallies to 29 cities across the country. Billed "Reclaiming America," the latest tour will feature conservative singers, speakers, and entertainers, as well as local elected officials and candidates. The tour will help put a spotlight on the failed policies of the Obama administration, and call for a return to fiscal responsibility, more efficient government, and free market principles.

The tour kicks off with a "Super Rally" this Saturday August 27th, at the Napa Valley Expo at 11am. From there the caravan will head east, to culminate on September 12th in Tampa, FL for the historic Tea Party Presidential Debate, hosted by CNN and Tea Party Express.

The upcoming Tea Party Express tour will spend extra time visiting early primary states such as New Hampshire, Iowa, and South Carolina, and has invited presidential candidates to join the rallies and speak to the tea party audience. Further details on other special guests joining the tour will be released in the coming days.

Who is on this tour? I mean, if I take time off from work to go to the rally, what will be there? Famous speakers or what?

I don't know the details of each Tea Party Express rally along the tour. I would suggest checking the stop schedule for your state as the time draws near to see what details are provided. They would most likely list any special speakers a day or two before if they are confirmed. I certainly understand not wanting to take a day from work unless you might see a candidate or speaker you haven't before. Especially in these hard times.

The Tea Party Express (www.TeaPartyExpress.org) is on the road with another "Rolling 4th of July" tea party tour!  Last weekend the group launched a 30-city Presidential Tour themed "Reclaiming America," which will hold conservative rallies - some featuring presidential candidates - from coast to coast.

Today the group will hold a large tea party rally in Cheyenne featuring "Across America" radio host Gary Freeman, Tea Party Express Chair Amy Kremer, comedian Jim Labriola, Nevada Republican Senate Nominee Sharron Angle, and many more. The Audience will also be treated to musical performances from Mr. Lloyd Marcus, the Rivoli Revue, Diana Nagy, and Polatik.

Day 4 on the Tea Party Express finds me up bright and early, bouncing down the freeways of America, after an arrival at 1:15 AM at the hotel late last night, well actually early this morning. Oh how I long for a full night's sleep. As I type this I foolishly think... what I'm sacrificing is nothing compared to what our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan are giving up on a daily basis.

I am joined by other patriots who are passionate about reclaiming America and are using their voices and talents to inspire, encourage, and challenge Americans to use their lives to make a difference. This is our Presidential Tour and we will be joined by all of the conservative candidates at different stops throughout the Tour.

I am blessed to lead the military tribute at each one of our rallies, sharing my son Marc's amazing story, honoring our troops who have served no matter what war or conflict, or what branch in which they served. These are America's true heroes who are willing to sacrifice their lives for the freedoms we enjoy each and every day. Our freedoms have been given to us by God, and our troops have defended them through the centuries.

Please come out and join me at a rally near you and together we will reclaim our country. You can see our itinerary at www.teapartyexpress.org. I would love to personally meet all of you, and for those who have served or are serving, to shake your hand, give you a hug and a thank-you card. We owe it to our troops to not waste the sacrifice they have made for our freedoms.
