He didn’t admit he made a mistake. Go back and listen to what he said. He wasn’t sorry he did it, he was sorry he got called on doing it.
Palin already stated in another interview that she could support Mitt Romney for President.
Which is worse, Obamneycare or gardisil. At least Perry acknowledged that the Gardisil was a mistake. Romney STILL SUPPORTS OBAMNEYCARE.
So all you Palinistas are essentially flip flopping on Obamacare. Thanks a lot.
I bet many of you are the same people that supported Huckabee and gave us McCain.
You have a link to those numbers, especially since, as far as I know, the only problem with HPV isn't that it kills people, its that it can, key word, can, cause cervical cancer (and a couple of other types).
I doubt, unless you can get me some numbers, that a higher percentage of young girls died from a few shots caused by this somewhat useless vaccine (it only prevents a few strands of HPV, not even all of them).
My guess is that the numbers of people who benefit from this is low, and the death rate caused by it, is so low, its probably minuscule.
Thanks for your reply, interesting article. If I may rebut..
If having an agenda rules out a source, I’m not sure the critics can be ruled in.
” the 39 deaths to girls who had just taken the Gardasil shot” seems cagey to me. Why not say “39 deaths due to Gardasil” if that was true?
I didn’t see support for your initial statement: “the vaccine has a higher death rate than the cancer” though perhaps I missed it.
Thanks again...
Read “Family of Secrets”, by Russ Baker. None so blind as those who will not see.
LOL! FYI I trust only Bachmann, Santorum and Cain.
Not going down that path again. There are many threads on FR which cover the subject ad naseum. A higher percentage of girls who received the vaccine (not a shot really) died, mostly from blood clots, than the percentage of the population who died from cancer related to HPV.
Since I know people who have died from it your dismissal of the dangers is offensive.
Regardless of the rate, a young girl being killed at 13 years of age after getting the shot is significantly different than a woman who has largely lived her life and died at 60 from cervical cancer. A cancer which can usually be avoided with proper screening which BO care is seeking to eliminate.
I don't mean to be offensive, but I am sorry, this sounds to much like the "vaccines gave my kids autism" hoax that many many people fell for, and still continue, to this day, believe.
Since then, I've become much more skeptical, especially in regards to the numerous malpractice lawsuits that have arisen in todays climate where everyone wants to believe its "big pharma" or "Big doctors", or the like.

Thats why the rate is so important, I used to point out, that statistically, a child was more likely to die from a swimming pool then via a handgun. If the number of children who died from firearms went up, and the number who died via pools went down, that changes the entire debate (FWIW, those numbers are not even close, they are not even in the same hemisphere).
cancer is a hoax? spend a lot of time with shamans do ya
Sorry to disappoint, but I am not a Palinistas or a Paulist or a Mittens or.....
If you think the problem is limited to my school you are simply out of your pea-pickin’ mind.
No, and I never said cancer was a hoax.
I did say that there was a hoax that said vaccines caused autism.
Autism is no more caused by vaccines, then illiteracy is.
I don't know any shamans, though I suspect that many who believe vaccines kill or maim people, may actually be shamans.
“If you think the problem is limited to my school you are simply out of your pea-pickin mind.”
And if you reflexively assume the solution is another government mandate which embraces moral decay, you are simply away from your mouse-clickin’ kind.
This is the FREE Republic.
If you are looking for HuffPo, you’ve missed a hard Left turn somewhere behind you. They have condoms for your kids too. And clean needles. And abortions without parental notice. And plenty of other devices to make evil more comfortable in today’s society.
Look, pal. I didn’t assume anything. I’m just commenting on your ignorant comments as though it were still the 1950’s.
“Look, pal...”
I’m looking, buddy.
What exactly are the facts of which I am supposedly “ignorant”?
Cancer is bad. Check.
You can’t get HPV during school unless you are doing something for which you should be expelled. Check.
The shot in question is available outside school to those who believe their daughters are the type to benefit from it - at 12 years old. Check.
Empowering the government to decide what is “good” for my kids’ health IS unhealthy for a free society. Check.
Have I missed something?
