I do not believe for a second that all the economic and political turmoil America is going through is coincidental. America needs Divine intervention that can only come from God's people standing in the gap like Esther.
Interestingly enough Obama is the most anti-Obama President we have ever had. he is his own worst enemy. I figured in this post-Clinton era Obama would moderate just enough to stay in power. However Obama appears stuck on stupid and keeps shooting himself in the foot. It is something to watch a stubborn loser.
The issue is the fundraising. Jews donated to the Obama campaign disproportionately to their numbers. That is gone.
Headline at Drudge mentions Dems efforts to counter ‘image’ of Obama, not being ‘FOI’ (friend of Israel). That is precisely the correct language. You can ‘alter’ the image; change it; craft it. You cannot change what lies within; or in Obama’s case; what lies ‘beneath’.
Many Jews will still vote for him. They are also made of the same stock that would help their wives into the furnace.
I would wager all I have that every Jew, save perhaps a scant few, that voted for this disgusting man-lover, will again vote for him next year when the time comes....their self-hate, loathing, and guilt won’t permit them to do otherwise. I work with a dozen liberal jews and they are carbon copies of one another. It would be sad if it weren’t so disgusting. I say this as a grandson of an Auschwitz survivor and the great-nephew of a man and his children who did not survive the same hell hole.

Barack Obama even gives a toast to a former PLO operative at this celebration. If the American public saw this radical side of Barack Obama it is unlikely he would ever be elected president. I remember seeing news footage of when candidate Obama visited Israel. There was one loud Israeli voice repeatedly shouting from the streets at him, ‘Israel is not for sale Mr. Obama’.
As president, Obama has never visited Israel and most likely has no intention of ever doing so. This is in sharp contrast to his visits to the Muslim world.
Without CA AND NY in his win column in 2012 - he's toast. A loss of either one and he doesn't have a ghost of a chance in hell. It will be very difficult even with them.
So, he is trying to shore up his base in NY, given Tuesday's outcome. But, he has problems with his stance on Israel and the gay marriage thing in NY. Most blacks and Hispanics are against gay marriage ...
mmmm... not so sure about that. If every Jew in New York voted GOP, that would be about a 3 million vote swing (eliminating those 20%-30% who already voted GOP in 2008) towards the GOP. I think that would push NY if not directly into the GOP column pretty darn close. And whatever he did to alienate all those Jewish people surely would send others running with him.
I also agree, it is the fundraising and volunteerism that count just as much. Not just money, but time, bundling, phone banks, outreach at synagogues and senior centers all suffer and wipe out the enthusiasm. It will hurt. I hope it hurts. Would be great to see the Dems lose New York (or New Jersey) in a Presidential election. Would be great to see them lose a Senate Seat.
Remember, the LA Times has a recording of Obama allegedly toasting Rashid Khalidi. They refuse to release it or publish the transcript. They are hiding something and this needs to be made a campaign issue in 2012.

I think there are large concentrations of Jewish voters in 4 key states: NY, FL, CA and IL. It seems to me that it is not just votes that they have to be concerned about but campaign donations as well.
