Of course they will. And sooner or later the libtard “scientists” will win.

Until CW II.

We’ll be waiting for all of them.

Oh my gosh. Government scientists fudging facts to get the answer they wanted to begin with. Who would've thought that? I hope the climate researchers don't try to do-—oh wait....

. . . the two scientists deliberately misled [to keep in effect the] new rules meant to help imperiled Delta smelt. Government scientist "zealots" and their agency all acted in bad faith. It ain't sucker fish this time but it sounds like the same as what almost became Lexington Green West.

Sept. 11th, 2001 prevented it. That time.

This was July, 2001. It had gone on for months. Some farmers made an offer to the feds to "resolve a crisis that has roiled the Klamath Basin since the Bureau of Reclamation shut off irrigation water to the region to protect endangered fish. The offer follows a week of civil disobedience by angry farmers and their supporters who forced open the headgates at Upper Klamath Lake in Oregon three times to release water into the basin's canal system."

What? Scientists are expected to actually give a coherent account of their science? Woe are we! Another priesthood bites the dust.

Bless Judge Wanger. He is the only west coast judge I know of who recognizes that all the critter laws have to have a balanced copnsideration with how they affect the humn environment - economic and social impacts.

I am totally bummed that he is retiring

U.S. District Judge Oliver Wanger... said the two scientists deliberately misled him when they urged him not to weaken new rules meant to help imperiled Delta smelt in wet years like this one.

He called one scientist, Jennifer Norris of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, a “zealot” who is unwilling to change her opinion even in the face of changing facts and said she and Fred Feyrer of the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation had acted in bad faith.

These two scumbags Norris and Feyrer are not scientists, they are corrupt political hacks.

Lehman Brothers was heavily invested in Wind and Solar and was one of the reasons why it went under.

It’s very unfortunate that the scientific community has produced so much poorly researched junk science about endangered species and especially about global warming. I have no doubt that ultimately the theory of global warming caused by CO2 will be proven completely wrong. These junk scientists have done great damage to legitimate environmental causes and will make it much more difficult to convince the public about real environmental threats in the future. Many scientists have displayed shockingly bad judgement by jumping on the global warming bandwagon for fun and profit even thought global warming theory is extremely shaky and is strongly contradicted by the earth’s temperature history (especially the decline in average temperatures over the last eight years). I suspect that industrial chemicals in the environment contribute to the epidemic of cancer in the western world, but now that scientists have lost so much credibility because of the global warming hoax, it’s going to be much more difficult to make the case for stronger regulation of certain industrial chemicals.

When are enviro weenies gonna wake up? It isn't as if we don't already know they do these things to get grant money from idiots.... that they are doing nothing other than feeding ignorance? How hypocritical is that? Its like listening to people who think the earth is flat, then going out and creating “science” which proves the stupid theories... It's insanity.
