Carlos Martinez Gutierrez got caught smuggling three Mexican children into California. Now, his travails have reached the Supreme Court.

On Tuesday, the court agreed to hear Gutierrez's case and another that raise questions potentially crucial for other children of illegal immigrants. If Gutierrez wins, some immigrants may find it easier to avoid removal and stay in the United States.

The article says Mr. G obtained legal residence ~ somehow. His parents are legal residents. HE'S LEGAL.

I think Perry would be in favor of sending this criminal to Mexico without his graduate degree in the sociology of dance, and that's only because he has a visa.

If he gets sent back to Mexico, and deprived of his visa, Perry would probably support admitting him to college ~ presuming that's where coyotes go for higher education.

This dude SMUGGLES HUMAN BEINGS. We don't know what for ~ they didn't tell us ~ but he trades in human flesh.

We are already over subscribed in that category. Mexico probably needs more of them. I'd ignore Obama and Perry and fire this guy back down there so fast and hard he'd end up in El Savador in the middle of a "spin the Mexican" party sponsored by MS 13!

Very convoluted case, seems the argument is on whether he can be kicked out for committing a crime during his probational status. But they are actually arguing when that time period started.

But what were the kids for? Were they going to their parents, or to pedophiles, or being sold to a cult group for sacrifice?

These slave traders don't care.

Shouldn't we have a death penalty for kidnapping ~ that's what this shit is.

Let him go to the Supreme Court over his riding time claim then send him to trial and see if we can get him to take that last gurney ride.

I suspect a majority of the USSC members are going to have such thoughts running through their minds on this one.

Yes. This guy is guilty of human trafficking (3 minor children) and Perry's signed at least three bills cracking down on that activity. He'd be trying to deport him too.

If Perry signed anything that provided anything less than the death penalty for kidnapping children for money .........
