After Demise Of ‘Don’t Ask,’ Activists Call For End To Military Ban On Transgenders
The Washington Times ^ | 9/28/11 | Rowan Scarborough

With homosexuals now able to serve openly in the military, the gay rights movement’s next battleground is to persuade the Obama administration to end the armed forces’ ban on “transgenders,” a group that includes transsexuals and cross-dressers.

That was a quote from the 40’s.....It was a joke with all the developed nations who had diplomatic contact with Germany in the late 19th and 20th century that they had to watch their back. It was considered the “National Vice” of Germany.

I would say that Afghanistan is the most homosexual nation today. Any country with an extreme hatred for women are usually homosexual and pederasts like Ancient Greeks and today’s Afghanistan where young boys are routinely trained into homosexuality by being sodomized as boys. In Germany in the early 1900’s a “boy scout group” was formed just for sodomy orgies in the woods and discovery of “nature”. It was started by homosexuals and I guess the Germans were just as okay with it as parents are today with perverts instructing Kindergarteners with the art and goodness of homosexual sex.

Brownshirts were all homosexual or sexual perverts of some kind as was Hitler....German parenting was very cruel and strict in non Christian homes (and even in some Christian ones). But the Christian faith and morality was basically destroyed by the University of Frankfurt.....with the Bonhoeffers and intellectuals who professed Christian beliefs being completely vilified and marginalized by the vulgar, immoral Weimar Republic.

Postmodernist German philosophy killed off God and proceeded to destroy all the Christian Ethics which were the element of greatness for Western civilization for thousands of years. It was Christianity which not only got rid of slavery, but it originally got rid of homosexuality and pederasty which was prevalent in all the world. It was learned....practiced—the sodomy of young boys was routine and an art form. Kind of like the progressive sodomite John Maynard Keynes who passed around little boys at his orgies....all the leftists adore him (and probably his behavior since they promote it 24/7 and trying to get the Greek practice instituted into our military again-—that which George Washington booted from our Christian military.)

People who practice homosexual acts demean their bodies regularly. That are immoral. Just as people who do drugs continually, or use prostitutes or other things which destroy the health and function of the body. Nihilism is evil.

Ethics is the reason Western Civilization was so successful—starting with Pythagorus, Aristotle and Plato and culminating in St. Thomas Aquinas. It is why we had the Enlightenment, the Renaissance, Bach, Milton, Shakespeare, etc. Christian ideals gave us reason to search for Truth and the individualism which comes from that dignity and worth given to all people. No other philosophy does that...none. Collectivist ideology kills and eliminates whomever.

I heard a report today that homosexual "marriage" will now be authorized in the military.

Not true [as yet] - Defense Of Marriage Act forbids the military from recognizing same-sex marriage ...

What you have to admire about liberals is their tenacity. Can you imagine the conservative movement with a tenth of this sort of tenacity.

Simply relentless.

I have always found it absolutely ridiculous that if I need to give one of the kid’s a tylenol (regular not the prescription stuff) than I had to sign them OUT of school, get into the car, drive them OFF school property, give them the medicine then drive them back/sign them back into school. In the meantime, the guidance office has a full basket of condoms for the taking by any student. Huh? There are times that I feel like I am one of the few with common sense anymore (except FReepers who have loads of common sense).

Today, Klinger wouldn’t be a corporal for long; he’d be fast-tracked to JCS.

Their second is that rifles, shotguns, and pistols will provide little resistance to a high-tech military armed with such advantages as heat-seeking missiles, tanks, helicopters, etc.

The cost of wars in Iraq and Afghanistan was high. But it purchased us the knowledge that the idea "rifles, shotguns, and pistols will provide little resistance to a high-tech military" is absolutely, completely wrong.

It can be even said that the modern high-tech military can't win a modern guerilla war short of nuking the country, preferrably from orbit. And that is achieved in countries that are striving to become 3rd world one day in far, far future.

The highest danger to a modern high-tech army is not another high-tech army. It's an IED that may be deployed under any square foot of billions of square feet of roads. It's a sniper that with a single shot can kill anyone who is not inside a tank. It's a carefully prepared ambush on a narrow road, with mines in places where you'd be likely to run after the first shots are fired. And, most importantly, the highest danger of all is the lack of moral and political support for hostilities.

I just saw on the news that you are correct, the Pentagon issued a directive authorizing same-sex marriage by chaplains ...

If I were a member of Congress, I would haul the ENTIRE JCS up to Capitol Hill to 'splain themselves. They have just [effectively] enacted legislation to overturn DOMA ...

THEN, I would DEMAND their IMMEDIATE resignations - the JCS ARE NOT legislators !!!

Here are the DOMA provisions, as codified in the USC:

1 U.S.C. § 7. Definition of "marriage" and "spouse"

In determining the meaning of any Act of Congress, or of any ruling, regulation, or interpretation of the various administrative bureaus and agencies of the United States, the word "marriage" means only a legal union between one man and one woman as husband and wife, and the word "spouse" refers only to a person of the opposite sex who is a husband or a wife.

28 U.S.C. § 1738C. Certain acts, records, and proceedings and the effect thereof

No State, territory, or possession of the United States, or Indian tribe, shall be required to give effect to any public act, record, or judicial proceeding of any other State, territory, possession, or tribe respecting a relationship between persons of the same sex that is treated as a marriage under the laws of such other State, territory, possession, or tribe, or a right or claim arising from such relationship.

Sleazy! Degenerate! It was about like the trashiest dive I had ever been in (and that's saying a helluva lot!) What screamed at me was this: DECADENCE!

Could you please be a little more descriptive? What features of the club made it decadent and sleazy?

My favorite exchange between Klinger, and Frank was:

Frank: Are you wearing anything crazy under your uniform?

Klinger: Not anything crazier than you, sir!

All joking aside, this is a further attempt to destroy morale in the military enough that recruiting will drop, and they can begin defunding it and apply that money to important things... like failed Solar Energy companies.
We’re not going to make it until Nov 2012.

I was in town for some time alone and went to the club several times. The music was loud rock, the place dark, girls dancing in blue jeans cut off into ragged short shorts, the rest of their clothes ragged also. There wasn't much attention to decorum. There was a group of nurses whom I talked with and didn't like. They were a fast crowd. One night they were talking about driving down to Virginia Beach. They would be tired, of course, staying up all night, and I heard one of them say that she could take a couple of antihypnotic pills and would be fine to drive all the way; that was scary. The entire atmosphere was unwholesome and certainly not like anything I expected in a military officers' club.

Why do you ask?
