A Wisconsin judge has decided – in a fight over families' access to milk from cows they own – that Americans "do not have a fundamental right to consume the milk from their own cow."
The ruling comes from Circuit Court Judge Patrick J. Fiedler in a court fight involving a number of families who owned their own cows, but boarded them on a single farm.
The judge said that's a "dairy farm" and is subject to the rules and regulations of the state of Wisconsin.
"It's always a surprise when a judge says you don't have the fundamental right to consume the foods of your choice," said Pete Kennedy, president of the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund, which worked on the case on behalf of the farmers and the owners of the milk-producing cows.

Obama’s food control measures have been undertaken as part of a “global economy” effort to bring third world countries up to Western standards in sanitary food preparations.
The US can’t demand China stop growing fish in sh!t and bringing it into the US without global trade standards with globally uniform health requirements for food preparation. In other words, under the current trade structure, we can’t ban China’s fish grown in sh!t without it being named an illegal global trade practice.
Americans lose freedom to global food regulation so we can fit into the elite’s international regulation because the Chinese don’t know to grow fish in clean water and the Mexicans don’t know not to crap in the fields they are picking.

I have dealt with those kind of people and many of them are in the leftists camp. One was a manager I use to work for and we butted heads. Want to take vacation, you have to get permission to take vacation AND get permission to leave town and you better leave you itinerary with him as well ! My response is I would e-mail it to him but the e-mail would never go out !

All that’s lacking is that first shot... from them, as we fully intend there be NO Fort Sumters to give fedgov even the ILLUSION of a moral “high ground.” And I believe it’s in the pipeline even as we speak, unfortunately. The right to regulate dairy farms in Wisconsin is not an enumerated power delegated to the United States but one reserved to the States or the people.
This federal judge is finding there is no federal power or individual right that supersedes the power of Wisconsin to pass laws (correct or not) that regulate diary farms in Wisconsin.

See p639 ‘ “It is to the dishonor of human nature that Liberty wherever it has been planted and flourished has commonly been required to be watered with blood.” If one reads the entire sermon how Jefferson came to word it as he did will be clear. — compare to Jefferson letter to William Smith from Paris Nov.13,1787 Library of America Thomas Jefferson Writings 16th printing Merrill D Peterson editor pp910-912 see p.911 I believe he was making clear bridge by alluding to this Sermon in his letter .And I am convinced form reading his letter Jefferson as usual has been much abused by people too busy -or too distracted to read what he said in context.
I appreciate you sending me this inf. I will dig into this deeper. I believe that I have heard of Samuel Cooper as well. If I’m not mistaken, he is said to have had an extremely powerful voice that would project out to some seriously large crowds that some people today would think that a sound system would be required to reach.

So - if one party has cows that produces raw milk and another desires to buy it (and accept whatever risk there might be), does the state have the right to deny this?
