I heard the 911 call on the radio this morning and I’m sorry but this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard.

My husband and I go to corn mazes every year and I find it quite hard to believe that no one else was in the maze and no workers were present. The husband claimed on the 911 call that they closed the maze and the lights were out. The police were called at approximately 6:30pm...although sunset in MA, not pitch black.

Plus, who takes a 3-month old baby to a corn maze?

Not as bad as calling 911 to complain about getting cold fries at McDonald’s,but close.

This story is reminiscent of the day Al and his family Gore moved into the vice=presidents digs. He decided to take a walk through the woods adjacent to his new residence.

He was gone for hours and had to be led out by a contingent of secret service. He was lost.

How clueless can people get? Does no one know how to rely on clues from nature to find direction anymore? The position of the sun, moon and stars, sounds, wind direction are often dead giveaways.

Seriously?? Just look at the sun and keep walking. You’ll get out of the corn eventually. Incredible. Wait until the collapse happens...

before knowingly entering a maze... learn the right-hand-rule (or wall follower)

Lost in a corn maze. Decision tree:
1. Walk between the stalks of corn to get out
2. Get the government to bail us out. Call 9-1-1

I now fully expect someone, in the near future, to call 9-1-1 to rescue them from a stalled escalator.
