No thanks to Texas and Perry's Open border polices thank you!... Close the dang Border there before you take this entire country down! Do what your state has been sent millions and millions of dollars to do, and that annually no less...shut down the border and clean it up!

Good grief, you're clueless.

Lay off the Kool-Aid. Seriously.

I love PA. I only get to Bucks County but it’s the most beautiful county on earth.

The state is a beautiful state no doubt but it's political climate leaves much to be desired...however that is changing for the better now that "tricky Rendall" is gone. He's been in Obama's pocket for along time...didn't do this state diddly squat! He tried hard to get at the gas developers here and really riled the people. He lost that battle and we go him out!

Marcellous Shale is making great headway here as ....it's been said among the developers etc. that PA. will... 'surpass even Texas'... in this grand operation and Pa. will rise to the top. Much like the oil rush that occured in Texas.....and I believe it after seeing what it has done for my hometown! Looking great! and everyones making money!

People are excited and the community is developing in leaps and bounds....awesome to see it come back with such strength....downtown has been completely revamped and looking fabulous.....and other Pa communities will also follow suite.

Allegra...I like you so I choose not to respond to the name calling stuff you're putting out there...I think higher of you then that. Rather I do understand you support Perry..but we will differ greatly in that respect.

Where are you? That’s some big state you’ve got there - I’ve never gotten further than Gettysburg, I’m afraid! Glad to hear the state is doing well.

It’s from his 2007 income tax return. You can google it.

You didn’t get rid of Rendell. He couldn’t run again because he already served two terms...hahahahahhahaha Knock it off. Texas is a good state ,full of good people and I’m not going to listen to anything to the contrary.

I've liked you, too, as well as others. But I've seen so many that I've liked and respected turn into hyenas over the past couple of months.

I am not in the tank for Perry. I am about preventing Romney from getting the nomination. I will support Perry, Cain, even Gingrich over Romney.

I've pretty much held my tongue over these past few weeks as I've watched people I've always liked twist, distort, insult and attack.

But, I've had it. You do realize when you slander and insult Texans, that includes many people I love as well as yours truly, right? So, let's be honest about where the name-calling started.

I’d hold my nose too, in November, if Perry were the nominee. But let’s face it, he won’t be. He is floundering so badly, his wife is saying he’s picked on because of his religion. At this point I would not vote for him for Homecoming King.
And I’m still not sure he hasn’t a medical problem there.

“The “you don’t like Rick because he’s religious” strategy is much better than “you don’t like Rick because of all of these other things” strategy. “

So I guess you’re implying that Cain would be doing better if his wife complained that the Republicans not supporting him are only against him because of his race?

If not, explain the difference please.

The difference is that Cain isn't lagging behind in polls or giving sub-par debate performances and so his wife doesn't feel the need to go out and cast blame on Democrats and Republicans or try to explain away his problems on something completely different.

Anita Perry is engaging in misdirection - only a fool would think that Perry's problems are religious in nature and not due to his record, policies, or debate performances. If anybody was going to suffer because of their religious views, Perry would have to stand in line behind Romney, Huntsman, and Bachmann.

Having said that, and having watched the video of her twice now, I'm beginning to think she really believes what she is saying. It's still misdirection, but it's not deliberate misdirection. Which is scary because that is a sign of somebody who is way out of touch. I doubt she would be able to handle a general election, not if she's acting like this now.

What has happened that the campaign of Perry, who does NOT hate illegal immigrants and think they are the bane of existence and should all be deported or tossed in jail has exposed an ugly vein in the conservative movement. “Ricardo Perry”, illegals are “ticks”, etc. gives you a clue about the REAL issue.

Oh, for crying out freakin' loud. That does NOT support what the poster implied above.

You people are as disingenuous as the CNN/MSNBC scum I spent years countering during the war.

At least have some integrity, will you?

>>> Anita Perry, campaigning for husband Rick Perry in South Carolina, suggests he's been "brutalized" by the media and the GOP because of his faith. <<

Wow, now Perry's got the wife using the "you hate Christians if you oppose Rick Perry" talking point. Maybe he figures more people will buy it if it comes out of her mouth. Of course the one problem with this talking point is that Perry is running for office in a nation that is over 70% Christian. Maybe if he was running in India or Nigeria this line would make sense. Otherwise I guess we are supposed to assume all these lifelong Christians who are against Perry despise their own faith. Wow, I never knew that I hated my own religion! Thank goodness Anita Perry opened my eyes.

>> Perry is the most religiously expressive candidate in the Republican field. He hosted a seven-hour Christian prayer rally in August in advance of entering the presidential race. <<

Funny, I coulda swore that the Perrybots INSISTED Bachmann was the "most religiously expressive candidate", that made her flakey, and that Perry was "more electable" than her because he didn't overplay his faith. They seem to have quickly forgotten that one, along with the claim that Perry critics are "purists" who will attack ANYONE not named Sarah Palin. (this talking point fell apart when Cain began surging even before Palin announced she wasn't running)

>> So much of that is, I think, they look at him because of his faith. He is the only true conservative <<

Interesting how Perry's got the wife using this line now. Maybe next week, Perry's children can start using the "Cain is Romney's VP... they are are running together as a team to take down Perry" line.

I’m not as gullible as some of your juvenile buddies on here are, so give up the innocent act.

Don't play “coy with me”? You sound like a bad
19th century novel. Or, as Rick Perry might say: a bad 16th century novel.
