I just looked it up, there have been 3 earthquakes in OK, today. The most powerful being 5.3. That’s a good size quake.

Felt in Arlington, Tx! My first!

I'm up here by Alliance. I felt my couch move. I thought it was a FedEx jet flying into Alliance, but it kept doing it. That's for sure the first time I've noticed one. Strange.

We are in south Norman. Several paintings fell down and the dining room light was swinging back and forth as the china cabinet rattled away. And afterward, I just knew the first reports would be on Freerepublic!

I’m in Cherokee County, near Tahlequah (southeast of Tulsa) and felt that one good. I am also a former Californian, and it got my attention. Kind of a low down rumbling thing. Didn’t last very long, and didn’t move anything around. Irritating, though. I moved to Oklahoma to get away from that sort of this.....LOL!

I felt it in NW Arkansas near Siloam Springs and my daughter felt it in Rogers, Ar.

It shook the house and I am on a strong foundation.

“I think you folks both felt the same thing. All these earthquakes lately aren’t a good sign, IMO.”

It is a good sign if you are expecting the Rapture.

I shudder to think what this did to my (and countless DFWites’) already distressed house foundation.

It was revised down to 5.2 but damn that is a pretty good sized quake. Ive lived through many quakes here in SoCal so I know how it feels when the earth starts shaking like that
