Because I want to be sure the vocal minority isn't skewing the poll.

There are thousands of registered FReepers, but only a relatively few post. I want to get a larger sample size, so we have a wider representation of potential GOP voters. (Recognizing, like I said, that there could be registered Democrats in the poll sample.)

I'm hoping this will give us an idea of where we stand, and where we need to go from here. I wish I had a more scientific way to do it, but I don't. So I'm doing this. :-)
