Hussein is trying to re-write the law by having the IRS create a "rule" that makes "premium assistance" available in *all* exchanges, not just federal ones...so the Department of the Treasury is now trying to CREATE assistance.
Disgusting, and we ought to call attention to Hussein's attempt to re-write the law.

Forget calling attention to it Constitutional lawyers like Mark Levin and others should be revving up as I type.

What is most shocking is someone had to leak this.Who would TELL on Obama within his admin? And then someone had to decide to print it.The MSM going against Obama? Or getting the story of the year?Or both?
To: Recovering_Democrat
This is something both parties should be screaming about. Do the democrats have one shred of dignity left? If the Congress doesn’t put him in check then we don’t need them. Let’s just proclaim him King and call it a day.

This is where the glitch comes in: ObamaCare authorizes premium assistance in state-run exchanges (Section 1311) but not federal ones (Section 1321). So they simply charge lower premiums and operate at a loss just like they do with everything else the government runs.

Hussein is a dictator and the Senate a politburo for the oligarchs for crony deal making. Un-effing believable. Our Founders must be about ready to burst out of their graves.

I don't think that's the plan. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) are trying to force the states to run the exchanges or risk loss of support funds for their Medicaid systems. See The Federal Register, August 17, 2011.

Hmmm....I wonder if those of us who have insurance have “standing” enough to sue for remedy, given that the Obamacare law mandates the coverage of pre-existing conditions, thereby increasing our costs?
It’s my understanding that if previous conditions are covered, under most state laws the product ceases to be insurance anyway.

Agreed - and I expect Levin will.

Yes, we have pretty much gotten to the point where the President is a four year dictator. The role of Congress is to either rubber stamp his diktats or just shut up while unelected agencies ruin our country.

I think it wasn’t leaked, but the IRS rule or whatever, was published, and someone read it and knew what it meant.

Forget calling attention to it Constitutional lawyers like Mark Levin and others should be revving up as I type. Will they get really, really mad? The Law means nothing to these people, and Boehner will set on his hands and pretend he is against this mess, while quietly enabling it.

with in the corrupt bill it also says that IRS determines what is a proper business expense, no legislation and no tax court.
