STATE COLLEGE (Reuters) - Penn State says alleged child sex abuser Jerry Sandusky is "not welcome" on its campus, but the university so far has no legal recourse to keep the former assistant football coach away.
In her bail ruling, Judge Leslie Dutchot ordered the former defensive coordinator not to have any contact with minors, witnesses or alleged victims.
The ruling placed no restrictions on his travel. Sandusky's lawyer, Joe Amendola, advised Sandusky and his wife to take a trip ahead of the next legal proceeding to clear his head, he told CNN.
In effect, Sandusky is free to return to the Penn State campus, something school officials are powerless to stop.

Everybody in Happy Valley was paid off. With each passing day Happy Valley looks more like Jonestown, sans Kool-Aid.
I increasingly see Paterno coming out of this vindicated, although the media and lynch mob would never apologize.
I’m also increasingly seeing Spanier and the other administrators coming out guilty, although the media would never condemn him and the other sexual deviants.
If the Mark Madden rumors are true, I would not be surprised one bit if Spanier and company were involved in the pedophile ring. Actually, the fact that Spanier was the president makes Madden’s rumor much more plausible.
Just take away his parking pass or sticker, I guarantee he will be doing a lot more cruising in his car and a lot less parking on campus
Literally. It seems more like Sodom and Gomorrah to me.
Well it’s not like he was coming on to a Catholic College campus to pray the Rosary. That, you get arrested for.
I have less and less confidence in Joe paterno NOT knowing what the perv was doing.....
Good Grief!..where in the world would they go? Disneyworld?!?.."Hey, aren't you that pervert coach from penn state? Can we share this table with you?"..I mean really!
Thailand?
Prior to that it was in joint tenancy. He knows he will be sued down to his sox. Four months ago, Paterno transferred the deed to his
half million dollar house to his wife for a dollar.
Good one.
Right, which is why he did not transfer ownership of his $4 million beach house.
What he did was very common for asset protection among wealthy older married couples where one spouse is much older than the other.
Of course, Notre Dame had no problem getting pro-lifers who wanted to pray the rosary on campus in reparation for the Obama visit arrested.
“judge” Dutchcot should be disciplined by the bar, and the good citizens of “happy valley” might want to consider voting to remove her from the bench. That said, my guess is that the “residents” are as out of touch with reality as she is. It’s really the same story anywhere you have a university. Pick a city, Berkeley, Boulder, Madison, you name it, they are all staffed with liberals who seemingly condone any and every aberration imaginable.
Paterno is never going to come out of this ‘vindicated’. Get it through your brainwashed head that Paterno had a MORAL responsiblty to do more-period.
This guy is lowlife scum, but sadly, since he hasn’t actually been convicted of anything yet, I’m not sure that there’s really much that they can legally do right now. That’s just how the system works.
Good Grief!..where in the world would they go? Disneyworld?!?..”
