KENT, Wash. -- A Kent Meridian High School teacher and coach accused of offering a 16-year-old student $50 for sex and sending her a photo of his penis has been charged with a felony sex crime.

The thing that bothers me is that they put him on “administrative leave” which most likely means that he is still getting paid. It is almost impossible to get rid of a bad teacher.

Wonder why this guy thought you had to pay though. In all the cases we've seen over the last decade NOBODY PAYS FOR ANYTHING ~ not since Bill Clinton anyway.

I hope this message is making it to more and more people everyday. Like teaching, hte unions have perverted a good cause and turned it into something that seems to benefit almost no one.

Yes. I read the story in our local paper. On PAID administrative leave. So he gets a couple of extra months of holiday time, then a slap on the wrist, and back to 60K/ yr. for 8 months of work.
