I have a feeling, that very soon, it may be a lot safer to be OUT of the US for a while.

Federal officeholders cannot be recalled. Period.

Recall was a Progressive invention to allow a more participatory democracy. It was popular in California when Arizona became a state. The proposed Arizona constitution allowed recall of state officials, including judges. Statehood was delayed by a month until the provision regarding judges was removed. Arizona was admitted a month after New Mexico, hence the nickname “The Baby State” until 1959. After admission the people of Arizona immediately put the provision allowing recall of judges back in the constitution.

Both Senators Kyl and McCain have pledged to abide by the results of any recall and resign should one be successful.

Once the USA falls, there will be no safe place anywhere.

Might just as well stay home.

OKLAHOMA: INHOFE YEA .... Coburn NAY.

Playing good cop bad cop again. I will not vote for these two again. Come on Oklahoma we need some new blood.

These two trade off votes in most everything we oppose, by the time of a new elections we have short memories of what they voted on.

Infofe was especially opposed to doing away with EARMARKS, now this?

Kudos Montanans! The beginning of the re-taking of America has begun in earnest! May the 2012 elections begin the correcting of all the forms of damage, corruption and disrespect democrats and those who control them have wrought upon our nation.

Is this why they pull down the pants of American old ladies at the airports - to get those Muslim homegrown terrorists? How about the little kids who have to stand spread eagle so a TSA pervert can stick their hands in their croches and in their pants? Are they are domestic Muslim terrorists the Federal government is after?

We are supposed to assume this Nazi police State the Feds are building has to do with Muslim terrorists even though they denounce anyone who mentions Muslim terrorists and go out of their to show they love Muslims by abusing Americans.

Even though Homeland inSecurity has named Iraq vets, pro-life and pro-second amendment activists, third party voters, people who store food for emergencies, etc. have all been targeted as domestic terrorists?

We are supposed to beleive the Feds are worrying about our safety from Muslim terrorists while they leave the border wide open and sell guns to drug cartels who are closely affiliated with Muslim terrorists staged in Mexico?

They are targeting and abusing Americans with their domestic war on terror police state. They should all be hung for Treason.

Ok, so force them to move out of state. That’ll do it.

I suggest you see the webpage from the Kos, OWS, which is sponsoring this. The Idea might be a good one but, I do not want my John Henry on anything put out by a radical leftist org.

Good idea, recalling two Rat senators.

We have to take back the Senate by every means possible.

4 more years of Obama is likely if Romney gets the nomination.

At least with a Senate GOP, Obama could be neutered, and partially reversed,
And don't forget the Senate confirmations of future judges!

who knows, with the Senate back in good hands, maybe Obama could even be impeached!

...by the way, how did a state as red as Montana, elect TWO 'Rat Senators?

I have had enough too. So count me in.

Just contemplating even the possibility that the federal government can arrest you and jail you on only the basis of a bureaucrat’s whim sends a chill in my gut. We must not have law like that. This IS still America.

Awfully inconsistent that liberals were in an uproar that foreigners in Gitmo must be able to go to court to challenge their detention, then fall hook line and sinker for this.

Well, then, this only means that removal efforts will have to take forms other than recalls.

By hook or by crook...

While you’re speaking with the Sect.’s office, ask how the candidates for President are verified...might surprise you. I know each state can do their way, but I was certainally surprised to learn the qualifications in Texas are “checked” in the A.G.’s office - by whoever has the time. I would think the Sect of State or A.G. themselves would bother to look.

States can go through the motion of recalling a senator, but the U.S. Senate does not recognize recall of its members. MT people have voted Democrat for the Senate for many, many years, and why would one expect 2012 to be any different? Conrad Burns is a rare MT exception, and he moved left as he got to D.C.

People in MT rever Baucus as MA did EMK; WV, RCB; LA, Russell Long; TX, Lloyd Bentsen; UT, Orrin G. Hatch; IN, Lugar, and SC, Ernest F. Hollings and Lindsey Graham. People just can’t get it straight.

Wrong, the Senate GOP has been mostly useless whether it was under Howard Baker, Bob Dole, Trent Lott, or now McC of KY.
