Step-in on This’ Weak making fun of George Will for calling Santorum a “fun candidate” saying if anyone knows about fun it’s George Will (and his bowtie)

Playing in front of a live audience like a comedy show. They’re getting a lot of laughs. Yukking it up.

A threesome of reprehensibility.

ABC with George S. and Huckabee - Huckabee at the end reminds everyone about obama’s record.

Round table now

George Will - Santorum couldn’t attack Romney too much since he agrees with him on a lot issues except for social conservative issues, but Santorum doesn’t want to talk about social conservative issues like Terri Schaivo, etc.

MaryMatalin - Santorum is blue collar, ethnic; he’s a full spectrum conservative (?)

Jake Tapper - asked about Huntsman talking in Chinese; voters in NH speak Cantonese, not Mandarin (rim shot),

Brazile - says Romney has no passion; looks good on paper, but doesn’t get voters excited (she’s right)

Will responds that the passion in the Republican party is the Tea Party; so far noone has spoken to the Tea Party’s ideals - the problem with the economy is not obama, it’s big government. If a candidate speaks to limited government, then the Tea Party will get on board.

Last night was the first time I’d seen Paul in action - that guy is NUTTY. If I didn’t know what he looked like, I would imagine an old woman wearing an ill-fitting dress and a chiffon scarf was speaking. He’s sounds like a whiny old woman.

Brazile on ABC round table outlined the ideal job for each of the Repub. candidates -
Santorum - ambassador to the Vatican
Paul - Sec. of Defense
Huntsman - ambassador to China
Perry - head of DOE, that way he could eliminate his own job. (lol)

I actually found myself enjoying the This’ Weak panel. Brazile was kind of humorous.

It’s been awhile but I find myself wishing for a brokered convention where nobody can get the votes until Palin is brought into the mix.

Yeah, wishful thinking but it makes dreaming really fun to contemplate.

JAKE Tapper - makes the point that if Ron Paul leaves the party to become a 3rd party candidate, he would ruin his son’s chances in the future. Rand Paul has been Ron Paul’s best advocate, cleaning up after him. Rand Paul actually has the chance to become a viable Pres. candidate someday. Ron Paul would likely ruin that if he went to a 3rd.

Tapper’s assessment makes sense to me, but does Ron Paul even care about his son’s future?

One thing to give Romney credit for is recognizing how badly Democrat have run the economy. I won’t have a problem voting for anyone on the Republican side, but I’m holding out for the most conservative till that is not an option.

Caught last night’s debate on DVR. The only panelist who seemed to be normal was the guy from NH. Steffy is an idiot, and Diane Sawyer is soooooooo dramatic the way she phrases every question.

I plan on saving Diane Sawyer clips to replay in case I ever need to barf on demand.
