I signed up a while ago to help verify the signatures on the recall petition against Scott Walker of WI. I just received an email asking me to download a program so that I may help.
Problem is, I'm afraid to download ANYTHING. I put nothing against these b@st@rds to scr&w us, so I am hesitant about downloading the program.
I tried to contact the office and of course no one was available to speak to, so I left a message. I am eager to help Gov. Walker out, which is the reason for this vanity post of mine.
Has anyone else volunteered for this? Any problems?
ALL help and advice would be appreciated. I am off the rest of today and tomorrow so I'd like to get a jump start.

I also gave her my name, email and number so we can keep in touch. Seems like the petitions haven't been “officially” released yet, so I will wait until I speak w/ one of these gals until I go any further.

I asked you if you were working for VerifytheRecall, not the Victory Center. I already know you are working for a Victory Center. So am I.
But, Verify the Recall is doing something different and very important. I think both organizations are doing important work.
When I say “turf war” I mean that VTR is not telling volunteers to abandon the Walker folks at the Victory Centers. But, the Victory Centers are telling people to not work for VTR. That just does not make sense, and I think that it is unfair. It seems that the Victory Centers are not telling the whole truth, either. Did you see the copy of the letter that VTR sent to all of us up-thread? Please re-read it and tell me what you think.
