He’s a jerk. TCM does a tribute to Natalie Wood in which he talks about her and a movie they did together. He is utterly patronizing and snarky towards Natalie as an actress, as if she wasn’t already a veteran and didn’t already know more about it than he’ll ever learn. He’s proud of himself for not opening a door to an event for which she was late, at the high school they both attended. He either didn’t recognise, or pretends that he didn’t recognise her at the time.
