Read some of the Rush transcript for today and yes, he was all over Romney on healthcare and he did defend Newt.
also Rush said that it was ABC news the YOUNG Gingrich blasted and it that Eliot Abrams was spoon fed by the gop establishment!

Right. And voting for a Republican who betrays every single principle of conservatism because "he's not Obama" is sane?

THINK. Don't knee-jerk, don't panic. Stop and think it through.

If Romney got the White House, we'd have a Republican Obama in the Oval Office, which means that limited government conservative Republicans would be made impotent in uniting and fighting the statism he'd certainly impose on We the People. It is absolutely, 100 percent certain that Romney would make liberalism more powerful in both parties. One hundred percent certain.

If Obama got the White House, this nation might not survive another four years, but then again, maybe it would -- indeed, the "Bbbbbbut we can't survie another four years of Obama!" is an example of blind hysteria, and hysterical people make stupid moves. If Obama got the White House, it is 100 percent certain that limited government conservatism in the GOP would grow stronger. Whether or not it would be in time to save the nation is uncertain, but there's a decent chance it WOULD be in time.

Risk is the price you pay for opportunity. There is ZERO risk in a Romney presidency -- ZILCH. Therefore, he presents ZERO opportunity for fighting the enemy -- statism -- that is destroying this country.

Hysterical people think anyone who isn't just as hysterical as they are is "crazy." It's true in regular life, and it is equally true in politics.

Hysteria and panic lead to bad moves and defeat. Courage -- and by God, for any of us to stand in the booth and refrain from voting for Romney would take a HELL of a lot more courage than rolling over and voting for him -- COURAGE leads to the path of victory. Rejecting Romney is the ONLY way to victory.

My question to Rush then is,,why didn’t he do his homework and say all this on “Bloody Thursday”? Why? Nothing changed between yesterday and today,,,he is only, and I mean ONLY doing damage control.

Read this excerpt from Sarah's article. NO way she endorses Romney! "I have great concern about the GOP establishment trying to anoint a candidate without the blessing of the grassroots and all the needed energy and resources we as commonsense constitutional conservatives could bring to the general election in order to defeat President Obama. Now, I respect Governor Romney and his success. But there are serious concerns about his record and whether as a politician he consistently applied conservative principles and how this impacts the agenda moving forward. The questions need answers now. That is why this primary should not be rushed to an end. We need to vet this. Pundits in the Beltway are gleefully proclaiming that this primary race is over after Florida, despite 46 states still not having chimed in. Well, perhaps it’s possible that it will come to a speedy end in just four days; but with these questions left unanswered, it will not have come to a satisfactory conclusion. Without this necessary vetting process, the unanswered question of Governor Romney’s conservative bona fides and the unanswered and false attacks on Newt Gingrich will hang in the air to demoralize many in the electorate. The Tea Party grassroots will certainly feel disenfranchised and disenchanted with the perceived orchestrated outcome from self-proclaimed movers and shakers trying to sew this all up. And, trust me, during the general election, Governor Romney’s statements and record in the private sector will be relentlessly parsed over by the opposition in excruciating detail to frighten off swing voters. This is why we need a fair primary that is not prematurely cut short by the GOP establishment usingALINKSY tactics to kneecap Governor Romney’s chief rival.
