Get over yourself.

Quite a few people can be persuaded to do any number of stupid things.

That's how the USA wound up with Obama as the elected POTUS.

Even Drudge can't fix stupid.

Don’t post angry. Yesterday’s opp-research dump is what brought this to a head. That’s when it got really ugly and why he just de-linked us tonight. It’s not complicated.

Huh? Look, I know that the hounds were set loose on Newt this week, and Drudge had several stories about that. I know that the elitist Repubs want Mitt to get the nomination. I know there isn’t a rat’s patoots difference between these two guys in terms of getting my country back — I am not drinking kool-aid - what’s your fav flavor?

the other thing I noticed on his website, and sent a message asking him why: no or almost coverage / articles for all these months about Fast and Furious....though he covered ridiculous and stupid ‘events’ in the nation and world....but nary a word about all that has been going on, for so long, about Fast and Furious. And months went by afterwards, and I believe I have seen, since that time, perhaps 2 articles on it.

What kind of ‘reporter’ is that? (No need to answer.)

We don’t have the power to blow anything up... We just need to stand up, if only symbolically, or just inside, and take a stand against the people who take us for granted, and think we have no alternatives, so they afford us no accountability, because they know we won’t do anything and we don’t have anywhere else to go.

Now we’re going blow up long time alliances for Newt Gingrich... Really?

It's totally bizarre. Check out any Gingrich thread from a couple of months ago or more, you'll swear you're looking at a completely different website.

I don’t consider myself stupid, and I don’t appreciate the name calling. I was just stating a fact...

Nothing has changed about defeating Mitt Romney has it? We are still striving to stop Mitt.

I may be late to this thread, but not to the argument. I don't need a plurality to determine my action. I'm done with Drudge. I remember in the 90’s when foxnews energized and lent a voice to conservatives. Now, they've been absorbed.

Just because an organization has roots and a positive past record of supporting conservatives doesn't mean that those roots can't be infected.

I’m not drinking the Romney kool-aid that you appear to be drinking, I want to defeat Romney.

But this boycott stuff is self-destructive, IMO. Drudge has done great things for our side. So has Ann Coulter. And Glen Beck.

Drudge is the one officially boycotting, he has banned the FR link at his page, in your post you praise and defend the romneybots, and condemn FR and Newt Gingrich.

Wild, weird stuff, how you choose in a struggle and now in an attack by Drudge against FR.

Yes, he’s doing considerably more than squat. And the hits he generates on every one of those stories he consistently links blows away the exposure generated here.

You're blowing major wind out your hind end. You don't know how long he keeps a story up, they stay up permanently here, and you don't know how many hits he gets on any particular story. It can't be many for a story that is up for a maximum of sixty minutes and is in competition with two to three dozen other stories.

Drudge is a hack.

Actually it seems that the freepers posting that Drudge has removed the link, are lying, I just checked and it is still there.

I haven’t been to Drudge in at least a dozen years, and haven’t watched Fox since October of last year. Somehow I’ve survived.

Now people are saying that the link disappeared for 2 hours, Drudge may be up to some game for hits and attention, or perhaps it was a internet glitch, I don’t know.

BTW, according to your link Drudge only linked to 5 stories in the last three months not 24.

I want to defeat Obama - so you think the only way to do that is with Newt? We are in a world of trouble if that is so - but you are probably right considering who is left in the running.

There were actually only 24 F&F stories linked on Drudge since June 7, 2011 which is almost 8 months.

You started this conversation saying he only linked one story ever about F&F. Now you claim to know how long he's kept the 24 stories he actually posted. But I'm the one talking out my ass... okey dokey.

This exchange has outlived its usefulness. Be sure to take a couple of aspirins with a tall glass of water before you retire for the night. Take care.
