Of all the hubbub rightly surrounding the healthcare mandate handed down from the imperial throne of Barack Obama, one aspect of this issue has not been sufficiently discussed: the disturbing fact that sex has now made its way into nearly all aspects of American life. Many have written of the clash between First Amendment rights and those who would seek to curb them, while others have debated the moral evils of abortion, but few have sought to plumb the cause of it all: our national descent into the sexual gutter.
Without doubt or question, sex rules our airwaves, satellites and all the forms of human communication which comprise our leisure time. The subject of sex dominates our children's education and overflows into the fields of sports, music and the so-called arts. It is indeed impossible to watch or listen to any form of entertainment without being bombarded with direct or indirect references to, or advertisements for, sex; its attainment, its glorification or the improvement of its 'performance.'
When we speak of sex this does not, of course, refer to what was once known as conjugal love; that which in an ordered society is a beneficial and great moral good. No, the modern conception of sex is that exercise of bodily functions which exists only for the use of human beings by other human beings solely as instruments of physical pleasure; often perversely so.
This desire for unfettered access to sex is probably one of the greatest reasons for this country's unfortunate descent into the realms of atheism and agnosticism.

Yes, some were indeed master debaters but greater yet than they and far more in demand were those who were known as cunning linguists.

If a husband cheats on his devoted wife who loves him, by consenting to have sex with another woman, she is caused tremendous grief by his infidelity. Even if the infidelity were reconciled, the sexual grievance would still deny her human satisfaction had his criminal action never occurred.
It very much is the business of the proper spouse, as well as the consequential familial relations, and ultimately the social fabric upon which the State is unified.
It also scars the thinking of the two criminals, such that their natural response in the future is more likely to promote further perverse behavior to satiate criminal desires.

Then please show me in the article where the author specifically endorsed the criminalization of all sexual activity, even between husband and wife, because I obviously missed that part.

You’re more optimistic than I am. Our politicians(even the so-called “conservative” and “libertarian” ones) lack the courage to do what they promise while the libs and statists have the complete confidence in their ability to encourage behavior that results in more folks depending on the ever expanding government and voting them into office in order to get their “free” stuff.

So, when the city of San Francisco was wrong to shutdown gay bathhouses at the height of the AIDS epidemic? You want to legalize prostitution? You want to allow fathers to sex with their 18-year old daughters?

Firstly, are you discussing prostitution and the issue of the “family that plays together” or are you discussing fathers that both have sex with their daughters and pimp her for money, drugs, ad nauseam?
In any case, such an age minimum sounds like quite an improvement on the post “Embrace Diversity” movement here in Miami. We regularly are drenched with the details of another Turd World immigrant father having sex with his daughter. Usually, the daughter is far younger, but “All cultures are equal”.
In many a Turd World family, having a ban on under 18 daughters would be quite an improvement on the present situation.
Just sayin’.
