RECALL ALERT: Judge denies Gov. Walker time to verify signatures (Action Alert!)

Dear Loyal Supporters of Gov. Scott Walker,
.
You are not going to believe this one!
.
A Democratic appointed judge that was supported by AFL-CIO South Federation of Labor and the Madison Teachers Union has denied Gov. Scott Walker the time to verify the recall petitions submitted by the unions and liberal left that are trying to oust him. He essentially ruled that the Recall was inevitable and that we should not waste time actually verifying signatures.
.
.
..
.
We have been telling you that we are worried that this will not be a fair fight and that the unions and liberal bureaucracy will stop at nothing to get their way, save their sweetheart deals, and oust Gov. Walker.
.
When they do not have the facts on their side, the only way that they can beat us is based on lies and interfering with the process.
.
Our fears are becoming reality and we are facing an unfair fight where the rules are against us. We are going to need all your support, energy and passion to win a battle where the deck is stacked against us.

It is unbelievable that a democratic appointed judge and friend of the unions would deny the opportunity for all the the Recall petitions to be verified. Don't forget that these are the same petitions that we have already identified fraud and signatories such as "Mickey Mouse" and "Adolf Hitler".

.
The Tea Party Express not only helps elect conservatives, but also defends them when they make difficult, but courageous decisions. Join the Tea Party Express and send the union bosses and Obama a message: We the People will NOT be bullied and we will NOT be silenced! We are here to fight for our country and defend the principles she was founded on!

“This further illustrates the urgent need to put Newt in the White House.”

It sure as hell does.

Amen. He's the only candidate who's talked about the urgent need for judicial accountability and the re-balancing of the co-equal powers as specified in our Constitution.

Not being emotional here, but scaling back the “achievement” of the recall petition effort is very worthwhile. Also, take a look at Sen Fitzergald petition results...

http://www.truethevote.org/reports/project-summary-fitzgerald.pdf

The results for this senate district are that nearly 50 percent of the signatures are challengable.

15254 eligible out of 34915 signatures.

So no, they do not have twice as many signatures as they need.

There could very well be enough ineligible to stop the recall.

How many sigs on a page? 20% of PAGES have problems, that could be many signatures per page, or maybe all of them.

Remember ACORN tactics, having one guy sign up 90 times.

It's a worthwhile effort fer sure

Being a concerned outsider, the get out the vote effort must be vigilant...for if the people of Wisconsin support the Governor, then all of this will be shown as the scam that it is....

You are mis-interpreting the data presented.

On page 4 of the report you link, indeed there were 34915 records processed, but 15509 of these records were blank lines, that no one is counting.

The reality is that there were 15,254 valid signatures, 525 ineligible signatures, and 3358 "signatures for further investigation".

Now even if we are successful in all of the challenges to the "signatures for further investigation" that would be only 20% invalid signatures.

If we assume the sample is large enough to be statistically significant, being able to throw out ~50% of the 1,000,000 raw signatures presented is extraordinarily unlikely.

No matter how much you might wish it, we are not going to get out of having a recall election. Lets spend our energy on something to better our chances in the election, instead of chasing impossible dreams of invalidating so many signatures.

* * * * *

To me, the results are so unpromising that I don't think we can even make a campaign issue of of them. The reality is that only 525 of 19k signatures were invalid on their face, and I suspect that most of the 3358 will ultimately prove to be valid.

No these are just petition signatures, not fraudulent votes, and I suspect the average voter will see this as no big deal.

Face the reality that there are enough union members, families of union members, and flaming liberals in WI to force a recall. There are more than enough good people to elect Walker again, if we get mobilized and start campaigning now, instead of pretending we will pull a legal rabbit out of a hat, and sitting on our collective duffs until we prove we can't pull the rabbit out.

Mickey Mouse and Adolf Hitler

Those signatures migt be legitimate:

Mickey Mouse would be in favor of the recall because he is Mickey Mouse
and Adolf Hitler would favor the recall because he is Adolf Hitler.

But they are in effect boasting about the 34 thousand (or for Walker 1 million). This is their ‘great success’. Even you say there are twice as many as required.

I never expected to stop Walker’s recall. I still hope to a large number of duplicates signatures for Walker’s petition because they hate him so much. Deflating their balloon is worth it.

You’re right. Our first line of defense isn’t going to hold. We need to win the election again and then get rid of these recall provisions. They’re a recipe for tyranny.

Where are Reince Priebus and the RNC?

The country club blue bloods have no stomach for the fight against the CPUSA that is driving this bus.

IF THE NATIONAL GOP CAN'T DEFEND WALKER,THEN IT IS USELESS, AND NOT WORTHY OF SUPPORT.

Governor Walker should not surrender this point. He should see to it that the verification process does not stop. Even if an election is scheduled, verification and counting should continue. If there are insufficient signatures, Governor Walker should return to court and rub it into the judge’s nose.

I’d say that recall petitions only are as good as the recall election that follows, but knowing what grows from little ACORNs, that’s not very reassuring.

He should thus be removed from his position. This has become political rather than legal, and he has disqualified himself.

You got that right!

Storm that Judge's office!

Do what they did in Florida - storm his office. Surround his headquarters.

DO NOT TAKE THIS assault on justice!

Ahhh, Florida and Gore's attempt to steal the election.
STUFF YOU CAN LEARN ON THE INTERNET. After Matt Drudge pasted Mom's picture on the lead story of his DrudgeReport.com site all last weekend ("Gunzburger's Gall: Drudge HomepageTranscripts from Broward Recount Show Hunt for Gore Votes as Race Tightens"), enraged conservatives let loose a volley of attacks against my mother on various sites. On FreeRepublic.com, there were at least six message threads dedicated to bashing her -- and there were more on Lucianne.com...
From the same site:
GETTING SNIPPY. "No clear voter intent. No vote," says my mother. The ballot was then passed to Judge Rosenberg, who removed his thick eyeglasses and slowly studied the ballot with a large magnifying glass. After about a minute, Rosenberg pronounced that he can see "some dimpling" and "marks around #2 [the Bush ballot spot] ... It's a Bush vote." The ballot was then handed to Judge Lee, who quickly said: "I don't see any marks. This is a 'no vote.'" Rosenberg tries to appeal this decision, asking Lee if he'd like to use the magnifying glass to examine the ballot again. "If I have to use a magnifying glass just to see something, then there is obviously no clear voter intent demonstrated on the ballot," Lee snaped back. Lee, normally exceedingly polite and easygoing, just wanted to keep the count moving so they can all get finished.
More interesting stories about vote stealing on that site.

And to go on:

Its a rent a mob. Retailers like Wal Mart don't want to pay 8% of payroll for uninsured workers IMHO.

'Its a rent a mob.'

>>What do you call the democrat operatives at every Obammy townhall meeting who get up and ask questions and provide sob stories?

just curious.

"Never compromise. Not even in the face of Armageddon." -Rorschach

Yes, FreeRepublic was that "Rent-A-Mob"..and I have the shirt to prove it!

Free Republic was instrumental in keeping Gore from stealing that election.

Let's do it again!

Norb, thanks for creating the Rent-A-Mob image!
