Bill Press has a new book out called “The Obama Hate Machine.” To read the blurbs, you might wonder if Press thinks no one should be allowed to criticize the president. Here’s Nancy Pelosi touting the book: "In a poisoned political climate, negative personal attacks on President Obama must have no place in our public discourse." What’s next? A mandate forbidding inappropriate free speech? These tolerant liberals are out of control. (Snip) Just like in his last embarrassing book, “Toxic Talk,” Press claims all the ugly rhetoric comes from conservatives.

Obama is a hate machine? Who knew?
Press was a MC at my company’s Christmas party a few years ago. He was a big jerk and i wanted to walk out on his speech but I would have looked bad.
Bill Press isn’t dead? Could have surprised me.
IT’S the path they’re taking to the only free speech will be “approved” free speech. And they’re getting there fast because we don’t have an opposition party who will stand up to them. In fact, mccain republicans agree with them.

I predict that most of the sales of this book will be from people who are mislead by the title and don’t read the back cover.
Is this the same Bill Press who was a mouthpiece for Jerry Brown years ago?
I will say that the LEFT has finally come out of their box and expressed their opinions openly (Progressive ideals). Maybe this is a good thing. Can’t believe that most of America could be confused by their statements. Now if that happens, the US is lost anyway.
If not, there will be major uprisings against law and order, justice, and the system. It has been beginning with disrespect for our judicial system. Who today does not think that justice depends upon how much the prosecutor wants to win vs. whether the defendant is innocent? After all, win percentage seems to make careers. Take that to the extreme with disrespect for the Supreme Court and you have mayhem.
It just may be the time for the Left and Right to determine the outcome - seems that politics just is just not working these days.

Liberalism has always been a house of cards. Its structure rests on a foundation of revisionist history and rhetorical slight of hand, and the whole thing’s about to crumble.
They can probably drown out our speech, but they can’t hide the results of their policies, now that they’ve been put into practice by Obama.
Books like this are a survival mechanism.
