Russia and Putin are why the world needs a strong America.

Unfortunately, Obama and the left have sunk that America!

might be analogous to Russia attacking Mexico...

I wonder how much would Russia charge for this service.

During the war of attrition, at the height of Soviet power from 67 to 70, Israel lost 14 or 15 planes to over 100 for Egypt. How many were piloted by Russians no one knows for sure, that they were Soviet platforms is certain. And they there were the 86 Migs shot down in Lebanon, without a single loss. Russian pilots, but no one knows how many.

Its pretty simple. Russia doesn’t want a country that is on its doorstep attacked and destabilized by western nations that it considers to be rivals and enemies. In one sense it is understandable, but it isn’t in our interests to have the Iranians developing nukes...

What I want does not matter. What is going to HAPPEN by God is another. Believe what you might.

Friend, you are wrong. What you want does not matter to God one little bit. Not a bit. If you think you are bigger, then you have a big surprise coming.

-———toothless old bear,———

Outstanding correction!

I saw a program on Alaskan brown bears fishing for salmon. One old bear, likely toothless, came to the spot on the river he dominated for years. A younger bear was there and wouldn’t let him in the water.

That is Russia in Syria

That statement disavows the entire concept of prayer.

More of Obama’s work. He’s so busy crapping on the Russians they’re going after our allies.

“””””””””””””””””””””2IMO Israel probably has battlefield neutron weapons and selectable yield thermonuclear weapons that can be delivered by sub launched cruise missiles, cruise missiles launched from stealthy long-range drones, and also deliverable worldwide using the same launch vehicles they use to orbit satellites. No city can be protected from such an arsenal using today’s anti-missile technology.”””””””””””””””””””””””””””

Quit smoking that:)
Israely attack on Russia is too much even by Clancy’s standard, let alone real life.

I once againt repeat as I always did in threads like that, there is a single player really interested in attack on Iran by US and allies.

It is Russia, one of top independent oil producers and still world power with extensive military and diplomatic capabilities.

Current Russian policy towards Iran is nowhere near real support. It is just encouraging a suicidal maniac to jump from a roof into a crowd to kill himself and innocent passers. All this diplomatic posture is nothing but keeping such a patient as far from cops and doctors as possible as soon as they still can prevent things coming out of control too much.

It is also to manipulate western decision makers who kept a Cold War zero sum thinking on making international policy strictly opposite to Russian posture.

I can’t get what American interest in attacking Iran, even if it really has an ability to have a nuke and it is questionable if it really can.

Note, Russia refused to sell any advanced long range SAMs to Iran for one reason or another and only supplied them with a few overpriced point defence units which are of no use against all out strike.

Russians themself aren’t interested in Iran with nukes. If there won’t be a western attack against it they’ll find a way to sabotage Iranian nuke program just after getting paid for it.

But they still prefer to make it with someone’s else hands for diplomatic reasons.

There are numerous pros for Russia in this case.

First they are getting paid by Iran for a nuke program which turns fruitless and brings no potential future threat for Russia after being destroyed.
Second they are getting abilities to expand into caucasus and central asia to chop a few muslim heads without a bad press as soon as liberal journalists distracted with “awful US atrocities against another nation”.
Third they have a mess in a region to propagate against US and gain influence.
They also have an oil market destabilized with growing price to get enormous profit out of it while US is to suffer with $10+gas.

China and Walmart underclasses in US are targeted as well since China is an oil consumer, using commodities to make cheap (not so cheap in a future) plastic exports.

You know exactly what I was speaking of. Your arrogance is above any I have run into lately. You know your statement was made exactly to what I responded too. Your thinking your mind is above His. It had nothing to do with us praying sincere prayers to Him. It was concerning you thinking what you thought was better or your arrogance.

“I'm not informed about Russia's relationship to Iran. What is Russia's strategic interest (dependency?) in Iran?”

I think it's primarily military hardware and capital equipment for nuclear development. And, more than likely, nuclear delivery systems. Money and political influence. But, Russia doesn't have the military wherewith-all to project power beyond it's own borders. And, there's not an open land route between Russia and Iran available. I suppose Russia might work a deal with about three “stans” so to open a logistical land route. But, I don't think the “stans” are very fond of Russians. So, the only real threat at Russia's disposal is the nuclear option. And, I don't think even the Russians are that stupid.

Please don’t confuse having a filter based on faith and perceptions based on prophetic writings with “wanting” those events to unfold. I am not a pre-tribulation rapture type of guy that thinks I am going to be safely cruising around on the the glass with my harp and halo while hell comes to earth. Furthermore, I have a lot of friends, business associates, and family to continue witnessing to before God’s plans are fulfilled.

LOL! Well, no need to thank me if you don't understand my ramblings. I'll try to be more succinct. I'll put it in Texan; Russia is “all hat and no cattle”. In other words, Russia doesn't even have enough juice to run a good bluff - other than their nuclear capability and Russia isn't going to play that card, not over Syria or Iran. Is this a little better, I hope? :)

Many do hold that view, and it's a dangerous one for everyone else.
