The New York State Senate has passed a law making the sale of caffeinated alcoholic beverages a felony.

Don’t you know nearly all handloaders are also home brewers? I’ll bet you don’t even know those handloaders sometimes brew up and consume their caffeine beverages black. BLACK, I say!
Moreover, they are known to not dilute their whiskey, scotch or beer, either.
Those knuckle walking Fly-over Country inhabitants then drink both beverages and that is when the mixing occurs. They are sneaky, but Big Government IS onto then. Trust your nice GovernmentPerson, ‘cause they are making the world safe for you.

Looks like distilled liquors do not count.
