Makes me wonder how the tally would be like in Mississippi had it merely been :
Gingrich, Romney, Paul
or
Santorum, Romney , Paul
One thing is certain ROMNEY ISNT SELLING WELL IN THE SOUTH.
Gingrich leads Romney 37% to 32% among self-identified Republicans, followed by Santorum with 21% and Paul with 3%. Among self-identified independents and Democrats, Paul leads with 33%, followed by Romney with 24%, Gingrich with 20%, and Santorum with 14%.
Gingrich leads Romney 37% to 30% among likely Republican primary voters saying they will definitely vote in the March 6 primary, followed by Santorum with 17% and Paul with 5%. Romney leads Santorum 40% to 20% among those saying they will probably vote, followed by Paul with 18% and Gingrich with 13%.
Gingrich leads with 49% among likely Republican primary voters saying they are supporters of the Tea Party, followed by Romney with 24%, Santorum with 17%, and Paul with 5%. Among likely primary voters saying they are not supporters of the Tea Party or are undecided about the Tea Party, Romney leads with 39%, followed by Santorum with 24%, Gingrich with 17%, and Paul with 10%.
Gingrich leads among men with 39%, followed by Romney and Santorum with 21% each, and Paul with 12%. Romney leads Gingrich 42% to 30% among women, followed by Santorum with 19% and Paul with 2%.
Details from the survey of 600 likely Republican primary voters conducted March 7-8, 2012 can be found here."....

Gingrich-------107
Santorum--------95
Paul--------------22
Hard Totals/ Soft Totals Explained.
Work for Gingrich!
He needs to withstand the news of Santorum winning in Kansas, Saturday.
One candidate wants to solve our problems and rescue American Sovereignty.
Another candidate seems entitled.
A third seems to want to enact Vatican dicta in America.
Go Newt!
ALL Good news for Gingrich this morning!
What a beautiful day!
GO NEWT!
Go newt! Can’t wait to see Newt debate 0Bama in the 3 debates.
Hopefully that momentum sweeps right into Texas.
You know, I thought Conservatives had a high opinion of Christian values.
Then one stands up and runs for the presidency, and folks all of a sudden take offense because he espouses their beliefs in public.
What’s wrong with espousing the belief that abortion is wrong, and that less promiscuity before marriage is a good thing?
This post in objection to Santorum’s values, is that what you wish to rest your hat on.
Is this an admission that Balut doesn’t back these values? What the heck?
Correction: Newt ahead (of SANTORUM) in Delegate Totals
It will. Newt is the best face to face campaigner of the bunch by far. He could have a couple of weeks or more to work Texas in May.
Is good
rollwage and I were at Newt’s rally in Southaven, Ms. last night at the Landers Civic Center, good crowd despite the inclement weather, compleatly filled the room. A very “Cheerful and enthusiastic crowd. Callista was introduced by State Rep. Wanda Jennings (R) and Callista introduced Newt. Newt delivered an excellant speech and again cut right to the problems and offered well thought out workable, common sense solutions and saved his attacks for obama and his corrupt administration. I believe Newt will carry Mississippi.
Newt will win the South convincingly but WE NEED TO GET ROMNEY% DOWN TO 20% AS HE WILL WRAP UP MANY WINNER-TAKE-ALL LIBERAL EASTERN STATES after April 1st unless Newtmomentum build up from now to April 1st ( very possible.)
And we cannot bad-mouth on Santorum as he is on our side, very conservative republican and very decent Christian. We need Santorum to win as many votes as possible. Combining force we can defeat Romney and go on to defeat Obama.
I always believe in brokered convention with Newt delivering thundering Lincoln-styled speeches! The elites are getting nervous, just listen to them and MSM crying for Newt to quit! They are dreaming, we are having fun!
Newt is genius, the elites play right into his hand.
