Energy Secretary Chu before Congress, tape on Fox this morning. He gives himself and Obama an "A" for oil policy and pricing. This goes way beyond lying. This enters the world of delusion/psychosis.

Obama and Chu wanted higher prices. They got higher prices. Grade=A. They will give themselves and A+ when it hits $5 per gallon.
Here it jumped to $3.999 per gallon for regular. I filled up at a station at $3.679 when I saw some of the other stations were increasing last night around 10pm.
