Wis. GOP Sen. Johnson endorses Romney
The Hill ^ | April 1, 2012 | Rachel Leven

Wisconsin GOP Sen. Ron Johnson endorsed presidential hopeful Mitt Romney on Sunday.

Johnson announced the endorsement on MSNBC’s Meet the Press (MTP), according to a Sunday morning tweet from MTP executive producer Betsy Fischer.

The senator’s support is the latest endorsement for Romney, as Republican party heavyweights seek to coalesce around the GOP front-runner. Johnson’s endorsement follows fellow Wisconsin lawmaker Rep. Paul Ryan (R), who announcement his support for Romney last week.

Johnson brings Tea Party support to Romney, who has battled perceptions by many GOP voters that he is insufficiently conservative.

Those who endorse LOSER Romney, endorse the "Establishment Republicans" and do damage to their own career.

From Limbaugh Lexicon Terms Defined: Rio Linda, New Castrati and the GOP Establishment Wait until you figure out Romney.
If we nominate Romney, Romney will lose.
On another thread, WhiskeyX's analysis is very good on

Very well described!
Maybe it's time we got some DINOs to copy this evil plan against Democrats.
But who would soil their name and credibility, to do such an evil thing against the real evildoers? "

No conservative would vote for Mitt.
Let's remember what a great man said.

"Establishment Republicans" Want to Redefine the Term "Conservative"

"Establishment Republicans" are Lying to Us With Threats of a Dire Default

Let's remember:
Someone on another thread said But with the press not doing its job, and the LAME Stream Media trying to silence speech they don't agree with,
we're in a real mess and under attack by an evil force rarely seen in this country.
The Republicans and the God-Given freedoms this country has enjoyed so far, are descending into oblivion.
And the "Establishment Republicans" aren't doing a damned thing to stop it.
The "Establishment Republicans" aren't providing "the boots on the ground" to win.
They're trying to put the public back to sleep, lying to them, in order to keep their power, and "wreck the country as it commits suicide".
So now the "Establishment Republicans" have "fractured their base" and,
because they have taught us "that accepting short-term loss in exchange for long-term gain is the essence of compromise, the essence of politics",
they're going to lose, and lose big, if they don't swing to the hard right wing of what used to be their party.
How many conservatives have re-registered as "Conservative Party" or "Independent" because they're fed up with being lied to?
We've been "treated to one lecture after the other on the need for “compromise” and “patience” ", and we're sick of it.
We don't trust them any longer.

Look, Rush said it best....
So now, because of the Establishment Republicans" there's not just a candle lit, but a bonfire lit ...
in the very heart of the conservatives, and it will burn away the dead wood that is "Establishment Republicans."

Yes, it's time to curse the "Establishment Republicans" for every thing they've NOT DONE!
And CURSE THEM for most of the things they HAVE DONE!

"Attack, repeat, ATTACK!"

"Establishment Republicans" Want to Redefine the Term "Conservative"

DO CONSERVATIVES "ESTABLISHMENT REPUBLICANS" WANT TO WIN IN 2012 OR NOT?

Palin was my first choice, but she dropped out.
Bachmann became my first choice, and she dropped out.
Cain was my second choice, but he dropped our.
Now ... Newt was my second choice, but he challenged Rush.
So now ... Rick Santorum, who use to be my third choice, is now my first choice.

But Romney, Perry, Ron Paul, Huntsman, and Johnson are NOT acceptable,
and if on the ballot for the general election for President or V.P., would cause me to do a write in.

There's no way in hell I can compromise my values.

Jack Kerwick wrote an article on May 24, 2011 titled The Tea Partier versus The Republican and he expressed some important issues that I agree with.

I'm fresh out of "patience", and I'm not in the mood for "compromise".
"COMPROMISE" to me is a dirty word.
Let the RINO's compromise their values, with the conservatives, for a change.

The "Establishment Republicans" can go to hell!http://static1.quotesea.com/styles/img/quote-left.jpg#39;t mean that doing so will cause people in the base to sit home. /i

“It may be worth it, the Tea Partier can tell Republicans, for the GOP to lose some elections if it means that conservatives—and the country—will ultimately win.”

I don’t think that the United States can survive a second Obama term.

I will not argue with you on this and I shared your position several months ago.

When it comes to my integrity, I can not and will not compromise. Yes, it sucks, but there is no way that I can honestly support Romney-a baby killing faggot loving lying RINO or Saintorum-a zealot punk incompetent liar .... I can’t stand either of them... I don’t even like ‘most’ their supporters.

I will not fall in line as Rove and the GOP-e believes we will.

FRiend, I am very close to completely giving up on America.

While I respect your commitment to follow your conscience, I simply can’t go with the pack on this. I’ll watch our country burn to the ground before I give away my personal integrity or vote for someone that is being shoved down my throat.

I fully appreciate that the next many years will be a nightmare, but I am also prepared to survive.

In any case, Obama will beat either of those pea-brains and not even break a sweat.

I am starting to think that in order for our country to stand a chance of surviving, it needs to suffer far more than it already has.

Perhaps the convention will give our country a miracle, but I doubt it.

Vote your heart, I will mine.

The endorsements of Paul Ryan and now Ron Johnson may have an impact. It looks bad.

This is discouraging.

Well, Rick Santorum brought this on himself. Had he stuck to issues people cared about instead allowing himself to be drug into non-issues, like teenagers buying condoms at a gas station bathroom or whether or not male and female soldiers would have sex if women were in combat zones, he’d have been a lot better off. Look, I’m a born-again Christian and Social Conservative, but, the GOP had the White House, the Senate and the House for years and guess what; we still have abortion. Can we please move on to issue people vote on. People may be moral or immoral, but they vote their pocketbooks first.

Guess we may as well face it; the Ultra-Conservatives are the "minority" of the GOP. Many say that we have to blame Rick and Newt because one of them should have dropped out long ago but neither of their egos would not allow it. They kept splitting the Conservative Vote and now we have RINO-Rom. But, polls show that had either dropped out, the remaining one AND ROMNEY would have split the votes of the one who dropped out.

The only solution, after this election cycle is to form THE CONSERVATIVE PARTY OF AMERICA. Can't call it the TEA PARTY, many of them, as this article proves are NOT Conservatives.

And he has proved their point by endorsing Romney.

I don't think you read that sentence correctly.

When I see the GOP establishment piling on, it only energizes me more.

Ron Johnson is not GOP-E.

I don’t think we need a Conservative Party separate from the GOP.

What we need are good conservative candidates to run for the GOP nomination.

We did not have that this year and the important question is why not?

We need to get more conservatives to get into and stay in politics. And we need to help existing young up-and-coming conservatives to survive leftist attacks.

Paul Ryan, Scott Walker, Bobby Jindal, Marco Rubio (maybe), Rand Paul, Mike Lee, Ron Johnson. There are fresh conservative faces out there. It is up to us to help them grow and flourish.

“Ron Johnson is not GOP-E.”

Unfortunately, Ron Johnson just took the first step toward GOP-E.

But, he’s new, and can still redeam himself.

Johnson is just endorsing early to get it over with, like taking the castor oil now instead of three hours later, just thinking of how bad it tastes. Our little Republican primary voters may be sold on Romney, as his momentum cannot be stopped. The races are all about momentum, and when Santorum lost MI, his momentum largely ended there, ust a few small southern states followed with minor hope.

If Barack Hussein Obama wins another 4 years in the White House, there may never be another Election.
