A former student expelled from a small Christian university and upset about being teased over his poor English skills went to the school to find a female administrator, then opened fire when she was not there, killing at least seven people, police said Tuesday.
Howard described Goh as cooperating with authorities although he said he has not been "particularly remorseful."
Art Richards said he was driving by the university when he spotted a woman hiding in the bushes. He pulled over, and when he approached her, she said, "I'm shot" and showed him her arm. "She had a piece of her arm hanging out,"

Goh former home state of Virginia?
One L. Goh is from Virginia?
That’s hard to believe...Or is the media conveniently omitting something?
Affirmative action at work for you.
Sounds to me like the left has set the narrative again.
No one in America should HAVE to learn English...
Well maybe next week the truth will come out about what really was going on. Not holding my breath.
7 innocent people slaughtered, and this article does nothing but attempt to gain sympathy for this mass murderer.

He is Korean I think.
Teased about his english caused this?? No way. That is dumb.
A gun in a gun free zone? What was he thinking?
SO.. does he speak English better now?
Who’s doing all the shooting these days? Not a lot of natives, it seems.
Of course not, they’ll use tax paid interpreters for this guy. Ya seen our courts nowadays? The interpreters *alone* are costing the tax payers hundreds of millions.
No surprise here. Our healthcare system is in complete utter chaos...Ya go into an American hospital today, and American patients can barely understand what the staff or doctors are saying to them.
The story described him as being a “Korean national”. He apparently had family in Virginia or at least a brother who died in a car accident there.
Oh, he’s a foreigner?
So when the article said his “Home state was Virginia” they really meant it wasn’t his “Home state” but the state the government allowed him to be imported into.
What a total surprise!
Ya know, with all the great paying full time jobs in America today, we should probably import millions more.
Is he registered to vote yet?
