I have often wondered what secret powerful forces are behind the aggressive push for radical gay rights and gay marriage. A friend of mine who has worked in a major Los Angeles Public Relations firm, recently told me that elitist heterosexual liberals have the same prejudices against gay people, that most heterosexual people have. However, they view gay people in the same way in which they view blacks - as tools that can be used to destroy American traditional Judeo-Christian culture. In all the 50 states, gay people in a committed relationship have the opportunity to sign legal documents with lawyers, that would establish obligations of mutual financial support, similar to those that exist in marriage. One example is the power of attorney. Therefore, the push for gay marriage is completely unneccessary.
In states and cities that permit domestic partnerships that provide 100 percent of the rights of married couples, the gay rights people are not satisfied, and will continue lobbying, until their partnerships are formally recognized as marriage. Marriages in Western Christian civilization, whether in the form of religious ceremonies or civil marriage, are based on Bibilical principles (which is why Western societies outlaw the polygamy that is common in Islamic and other third world cultures). My friend from the Los Angeles PR firm, told me that the agenda behind the liberal elite's support for gay marriage, is to look for an excuse to label Bible-based Christians as haters and bigots. If they succeed, then any campaign to eliminate hatred and bigotry in society, will be a campaign to outlaw Bible-based Christianity.
Every Catholic and conservative Christian church which will not permit gays to have religious marriages, will be treated like Bob Jones University, and will have their tax-exempt status withdrawn. Bob Jones University welcomed blacks into the university, but had a rule against interracial marriage, which caused them to lose their tax-exempt status in the 1970s. In Western Europe, where gay marriage activists have triumphed, many conservative Christian charities that once managed adoption services have been shut down, because they did not permit adoption of children by gay couples. Some European countries and Canada, consider certain passages of the Bible to be "hate speech".
In order to reveal the hypocrisy of the liberal elitists, many of them support the Castro dictatorship in Cuba, as well as radical Muslim nations, despite the long record of those regimes in the persecution of gays. The only thing that the liberal elites love about Castro and the Islamic regimes, is the hatred for Christianity that those regimes have.
The real battle lines in the culture war, are not christians vs. gays, but christians vs. anti-Christian liberal elitists.
Of course there are some well-meaning Americans who are so naive and ignorant, that they believe that the gay marriage battle is about "tolerance". These naive and ignorant Americans are what the Soviet communists referred to as "useful idiots".

Christians need to fight fire with fire.
How? Easy.
1) Make a list of everything Leftists attack about Christianity.
2) Sit down with some Christian lawyers, and find legal equivalents for each of those things that Muslims do.
3) Set up a media/legal nonprofit to demand equal victimization with Muslims. In other words, ever single time some Leftist or liberal organization, influential person, media hack or governmental official attacks Christianity in any way, loudly demand their attack be also made against the Muslim equivalent of whatever their Christian target is.
End of problem.
Then offer them some kleenex to wipe their pants.

And, yes, this is rebellion against christianity because God calls men to do the right thing. And, yes, this problem is at the root of communism as well IMO.
Never had a doubt that it is primarily about tearing down traditional American culture and destroying Christianity as the guiding social force in America.
You will be frightened by the number of goals already accomplished. Communist/progressive, or whatever you want to call it, takeover could be accomplished only by destroying the moral fiber of this country. That included things like pushing for the acceptance of gays, abortion, no-fault divorce, etc. It also targeted Christianity and sought to infiltrate it. I personally believe a combination of gay marriage and hate speech laws are being used as a tool to finish the job on Christianity in this country. . . IMHO

You got it! Sex outside of marriage is the highest goal of liberals. Promiscuity, shacking up, cheap and easy abortion, homosexual marriage. That’s all liberals really care about. Even if civilization goes down the tubes.
When the state is involved, its definition of marriage is simply whatever judges, pols, or the majority think it is at anyone time. It was always a danger.

It started LONG before the 60’s. It started with both Margaret Sanger and Dr. Kinsey (The Kinsey report).
The 60’s was just a coming out for all perverts but the ball was already rolling.
Can we stop using the term “elitist?” it gives them a level of respect they don’t deserve and makes us look like envious white trash morons.
Correct. The seeds were sown before the 60’s. The 60’s is when free love became a mass movement.

Their goal is "back to nature" (live like animals), not civilization.
And now we have further proof. A mormon GOP candidate. That would have been unthinkable 25 years ago and impossible 50 years ago.
Hatred of God and Christianity by the hetero-elites.
For many of the “gay” supporters it is an attempt at validation of them and their chosen lifestyle. They cannot validate themselves, part of them knows it’s wrong, so they seek external acceptance and approval.
For some it’s all of the above.
