Why am I so passionate today? Well, most readers who visit here know the country is in deep doo-doo. I’m here to tell you that voting for Mitt Romney (D-Mass.) will not change that fact and may make things worse. I will explain two things. First, Romney (D-Mass.) is the presumptive Republican nominee precisely because he will do nothing to improve our country’s fortunes. He is the chosen one because he will maintain the status quo. That is what the GOP machine has chosen him to do.
Second, you cannot “take over” the Republican machine and turn it into something in decent. I have made that statement before, but I’m going to describe the machine in greater detail. Keep in mind that this is information I have obtained from current and former GOP insiders. Everyone on the inside agrees that the Party has been constructed so it cannot be taken over. They have also constructed a political system so the political duopoly is very, very difficult to challenge. (Republican insiders HATE political freedom, like so many other freedoms.) Whether that’s a good thing or bad thing is a matter of judgment. For conservatives and libertarians it’s bad. For establishmentarians it’s wonderful.
Finally I will explain why voting for Romney (D-Mass.) is the worst thing you can do, regardless of whether you’re a “principals” voter or a “strategic” voter.
If you are not one hundred percent convinced that I am correct in those statements, you absolutely must read the rest of this piece and tell me where I’m wrong. I know I’m correct, and I can assure you that if you vote for Romney (D-Mass.) it will be the greatest political regret of your life.

Interesting coincidence. The mormon church has a VERY "coordinated and well-funded propaganda machine".
It would be interesting to know how many "volunteers" of this machine are involved behind the scenes with the Romney campaign. Of course, it will be well hidden as was the Prop 8 involvement of mormon leadership. Tax exempt status, donchaknow.
I don't think any of this will defeat Obama though. However, the mormon church stands to gain much in the way of credibility with Mitt's campaign...or, alternatively much unwanted exposure of the inner workings of the LDS Corporation.
The losers will be conservatives and Christians of all faiths.

I see you overlooked my comment that "Regardless of the pandering of SOME religious leaders, there are many Evangelicals who will refuse to pull the lever for him. The demonization by Mitt of the other Republican candidates will come back to bite him in the butt."
I, for one will remember his attacks on Perry, Rick and Newt when I enter the voting booth and I believe that many will see attacks by Obama on Mitt as "what goes around, comes around."
Oh, I don't know...it may just keep him out of the race next time and wake up the e-GOP. That's really not "NOTHING".

Unlike the others who are just Romney haters, you in particular are not just as a Romney hater but someone who tries to demoralize Republicans and Conservatives with your constant defeatist attitude that is very clear from all of your posts... And this is all the Romney camp has to campaign on. To insult, ridicule, trash and project their own liberal trollism on principled Conservatives.
I marvel at the abject willful dissonance of the brainwashed and fearful who ignore the fact Romney was served to us by both the Ruling Class Establishment AND the Obama regime. They demand you drink what is being dished out, or they will blame you for the consequences the Ruling Class decided in advance for you.

I do not think any of us have any illusions about what Obama will do in the next four years. He will demonstrate himself an overt enemy to our very existence. Then the question will become, will be do as our forebears did, or go quietly whimpering into the night because we are stuck playing by THEIR new rules and order?
But an enemy from within our own camp who shares the same record and positions as Obama, is near impossible to justify resistance or rebellion to after he is given authority by those whom he has already signaled he will betray.

We're already aware of that intended goal. We suspect Romney and the Ruling Class are as much a part of that as Obama is.

We The People spit on that long ago and now we are fending off evil we could not have imagined rising to control this once great country.
This people chose the consequences they are now faced with. The church willingly lost the culture and compromised with evil for the sake of a Satanic lie told to them by the very enemies seeking to destroy the country and transform it's foundations.
How does voting for a similar evil lessen the consequences?

We have been given that chance time and again. 9-11 should have been a wake up call as to what God will allow to happen to this country if we did not DO II Chroniicles 7:14.
Our repentance was non-existent. In fact we tossed God's Commandments from the public square just 2 years after 9-11. Who is to say Obama and Romney are not the Judgment we deserve? This people continue to choose leaders who compromise with sin and give the people a replacement for God in provisions and charity. Even our Patriarchs were wise enough to know and understand that they were suffering the tyranny of King because of sin, and the pulpits were aflame with repentance and Awakening long before the war of Independence began.
Today, it's difficult to even get a church to commit to doing Matthew 28:19-20 when so many of them are working to get along with a debased culture to keep offering plates full. Isaiah 58:1 does not even enter into the mindset of the church leadership, much less the political leadership. Voting for Romney is simply more compromise with those things anathema to God and our foundations.

We nothing. The Ruling Class made that determination this year by assassinating every Conservative running in league with Obama himself, in order to foist a losing nominee upon us to make Obama's "re-election" appear to be legitimate.
Our votes are the last resort we have
And there is your mistake, right there. You've made your vote idolatrous before God. Prayers should have been our first and last resort. Instead of turning to God to solve our national problems, this people have turned to men.
If we will not be governed by God, we will be ruled by the tyranny of men.

This was insisted on and followed by many of us in the last several election cycles, especially in 2008. I'm done practicing insanity. I have repented of my sin of compromising with lesser evil for expedience's sake when the fruits show without question - evil continues unabated in our culture.
Fix the culture and we will get the leaders we deserve.
Short of that, tyranny is our lot, as has been the way of God's wayward people since time and memorial. I have to give account of God's laws being followed rather than expedience for my own skin and survival, which I fear most of you voting for Romney have succumbed to.
