Muslim control makes Christian holy sites a grand headache to see, if not trashing them.
Jews may (for the most part, and now) adamantly resist the Christian gospel, but their administration of Christian holy sites was always very fair. You virtually never had Moose causing trouble at them, and Christians could worship in peace.

This is a Christie thread.
The rich people in France are sailing away to England this week to avoid the coming 75% tax rates. They won't stay there. They need to be told about New Jersey ~ even the highest taxes in America are going to be far less heavy than in France, and Jersey needs somebody to pay the bills now that all their rich people moved away.
BTW, the Jewish people are signing up to emigrate to Israel from France. 50,000 of them did so just this weekend.

Christie is 100% spot on with this issue. Before the State of Israel was born in 1948, the Dome of the Rock (supposedly the third holiest site in Islam) was on the verge of falling apart.
Guess who put their money and their expertise into restoration into its present usable form?
If your answer rhymed with "juice", then go to the head of the class.

France is going to suffer brain drain and purse drain. It will be a barren socialist/communist wilderness before long. These hare brained schemes never ever work. It’s worse than trying to nail jello to a tree.

Wonder if Chris Christie checked out his comments with his Muslim buddy in advance?
Guess he is serious about trying to weasel his way into Second Place on the GOP ticket.

Right on. I can understand how Jews feel with a lefti-liberal who is pro Tariq Ramadana... It’s an indirect Islamic led ETHNIC CLEANSING.

As a NOT-at-all-Romney-fan let me say... We are all tired of ‘this is the best we got - Romney’ syndrome. Yet, Obama is a 1,000 times worse.

May have gotten the number off a digit from the story, but after that election (given that most of the Jews still in France vote Socialist, just like here) it's surprising any did. This Hollande is one of their ideological heros.
Guess they know he's soft on illegals and Moslems (same thing) too.

My sources? Other French Jews who lived there many years and then left ~ maybe they are too dismissive? Bet they are still good witnesses.
