As near as I can tell, Jagger is saying that Romney is a “mensch” who always plays it straight and tells the truth, but don’t ever let him cut your hair. Furthermore, whoever wins will have to raise a lot of money, or find himself in deep s...t. And, whoever wins in November will find himself wanting out in 6 months.

The song was written by Buddy expressing his love for music and basically saying, "Thank you Lord" for the life he's enjoyed.
