A Hawaii official announced late Tuesday that the state gave Arizona’s top elections official the verification he wanted showing President Barack Obama was indeed born there in 1961.
The announcement came just hours after Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett backed away from his threats to keep Obama off the November ballot and apologized for embarrassing his own state with a conspiracy theory-fueled investigation into whether the president was really a natural born U.S. citizen.
It also followed weeks of back and forth between Hawaii and Arizona, with Hawaii officials saying they weren’t sure Bennett was qualified to be investigating the matter.

I’m not sure what you mean. Should we all be permitted to line up single file and see it for ourselves at the Department of Health in Honolulu?
A certified photocopy of it, with a stamp and seal, was passed around and photographed at the 4/27/2011 press conference; everyone who reported on it, including Les Kinsolving, agreed that’s what happened. Uncertified copies were distributed freely to members of the press in attendance, and a PDEF of it was (and is) posted online.
You’re not required to believe it exists, of course, but it seems strange to claim that it’s because “[w]e obviously aren’t worthy of seeing the damned thing.”
We saw a digitally created, poorly done forgery, very much different from a scan of an original document.
According to the release of the Hawaiian document as being forgery. I think it was/is a very smart move of Sheriff Arpaio to send Mark Zullo, and PI and tag on Dr. Corsi to Hawaii to walk on the lava Island in person to get a first hand feeling of what HDOH and others there are up to!
Mark Zullo comes on very calm but also as a screwd investigator, alluding to that even some media crimps have been seriously threathening and looking for other jobs to get bread and butter on their tables!!
The Breitbarting would mostly have a great del to do with their decissions. They just have to go backward 2008 primary and the murder of Bill Gwatney and Bill Clinton then silenced and getting into the Al Capone’s of lock stepping. However, I feel those things are not intimidating Sheriff Joe Arpaio, may God protect his very actions for the good of our country!!!

One question everyone should ask Bennett and DEMAND an answer :
In his original request, he requested that they verify that the attached copy of the BC was a “TRUE AND ACCURATE COPY” of what was on file with the DOH.
They answered that the information on that attached BC was the same as in their records on file. As any attorney knows Bennett, that is not the same thing.
Now, was the request for rewording from the Hawaii AG for you to drop the “TRUE AND ACCURATE COPY” portion ? If so, why did you do it and what does that suggest to you ?
If they did not suggest that change in wording, why did you accept their statement when you requested them to verify it as a TRUE AND ACCURATE COPY” ?
The fact that they would not verify it as such could only imply one thing – that it isn’t a true and accurate copy and what he presented online is a forgery.
So how can you , as SOS, put him on the ballot knowing that the copy of his BC he is presenting online is NOT a TRUE AND ACCURATE COPY and is a FORGERY ?

If he was born in Hawaii, then the President is a POS lying f*ck—reference his publicist’s bio from 1991-2007.
If I were Boehner et al., I wouldn’t let a 24-hour media cycle go by without beating the drum of that bio. Obama has ABSOLUTELY been claiming a Kenyan birth, and in fact, he’s the original, “Birther.”
State laws differ.
When I lived in Iowa, birth certificates were filed in the county courthouse in a record book that I checked weekly for new births. The newspaper I worked at wanted to print the names of all babies born in the county every week so we went and checked the birth certificates. Never had any problem. Just went into the vault, got out the book, and copied whatever I wanted from the birth certificates, marriage licenses, and divorce decrees.
Sometimes I got curious and when I had some extra time went into the really, really old records ... like the early 1800s. It was all there for anyone who wanted to look at it.
A birth certificate, marriage license, divorce decree, etc., is a public record unless sealed for reasons such as adoptions or custody disputes with juveniles.
If anyone tells you differently, ask them to show you statute law on the matter in your state.
