Tom Hoefling: "I will shut down every abortion facility in the country"

"All officers of government in this country, in every branch, at every level, have as the first obligation of their sacred oath the protection of all innocent lives within their jurisdiction.

Should I be elected to the office of President of the United States, I will keep my oath.

Justice Blackmun, in Roe vs. Wade, admitted that “of course” the child in the womb is protected by the Fourteenth Amendment, if they are a person.

Since it is self-evident that they are a person, my first act as President, after having sworn the oath, will be to publish a presidential finding to that effect.

My second act will be to ask for the resignation of anyone in the executive branch who will not act accordingly.

My third act will be to order the closing of every abortion facility in the country, as per the explicit, imperative requirement of the Supreme Law of the Land.

'No person shall be deprived of life without due process of law.'

'No State shall deprive any person of life without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.'”

The Equal Protection for Posterity Resolution

A Resolution affirming vital existing constitutional protections for the unalienable right to life of every innocent person, from the first moment of creation until natural death.

WHEREAS, The first stated principle of the United States, in its charter, the Declaration of Independence, is the assertion of the self-evident truth that all men are created equal, and that they are each endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, beginning with the right to life, and that the first purpose of all government is to defend that supreme right; and

WHEREAS
, The first stated purposes of We the People of the United States in our Constitution are “to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity”; and

WHEREAS
, The United States Constitution, in the Fourteenth Amendment, imperatively requires that all persons within the jurisdictions of all the States be afforded the equal protection of the laws; and

WHEREAS, The United States Constitution, in the Fifth and the Fourteenth Amendments, explicitly forbids the taking of the life of any innocent person; and

WHEREAS
, The practices of abortion and euthanasia violate every clause of the stated purposes of the United States Constitution, and its explicit provisions; and

WHEREAS
, Modern science has demonstrated beyond any reasonable doubt that the individual human person’s physical existence begins at the moment of biological inception or creation; and

WHEREAS
, All executive, legislative and judicial Officers in America, at every level and in every branch, have sworn before God to support the United States Constitution as required by Article VI of that document, and have therefore, because the Constitution explicitly requires it, sworn to protect the life of every innocent person;

THEREFORE, WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES HEREBY RESOLVE
that the God-given, unalienable right to life of every innocent person, from biological inception or creation to natural death, be protected everywhere within every state, territory and jurisdiction of the United States of America; that every officer of the judicial, legislative and executive departments, at every level and in every branch, is required to use all lawful means to protect every innocent life within their jurisdictions; and that we will henceforth deem failure to carry out this supreme sworn duty to be cause for removal from public office via impeachment or recall, or by statutory or electoral means, notwithstanding any law passed by any legislative body within the United States, or the decision of any court, or the decree of any executive officer, at any level of governance, to the contrary.

AMEN! and well said. These same people complain about Snowe, Collins, Graham and the former Specter, and they had plenty to say about RINO Romney when he was governor. But now it is ABO and damn the results. I like you will NOT vote for the baby killer.

If it talks like a republican, but votes and signs legislation like a DEMONRAT it is a DEMONRAT with an R after it's name.

We seek the passage of a Federal Marriage Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, and oppose all attempts everywhere to redefine marriage as being anything but what it has always been: the union of one man and one woman. Since the natural family is the basic God-given institution of our civilization, and the nursery of our future, it must be protected from all who would destroy it.

Apropos of protecting marriage from those who would destroy it, are you in favor of the current low threshold for divorce in most states? What do you think are acceptable grounds for divorce??

No, I’m not in favor of easy divorce.

This is one area in which I believe the best way forward is to go back to where we were many decades ago.

I remember posting with you through multiple election cycles about your silly obsession with Keyes and the multiple inane irrelevant parties you were trying to push. so I did a search, and indeed you were very involved with Keyes and several other irrelevant inane parties.

So why are you pulling the Clintonian lie on FR? Why are you denying what is clearly true? Why would you expect anyone on FR to vote for such a prevaricator?

Lurker, you accuse EV of arrogance and pride, yet fail to cite one instance of it.

Arrogance is presuming to dictate to individuals, employers, and the medical industry how to interact IN DETAIL. Arrogance is stating on the record that a minor girl who wants an abortion should be able to override the objections of her parents by going to a judge. Arrogance is dictating to adoption agencies that they must reliquish children in their care to gay couples in the name of gay "rights."

Pride and arrogance are on display in a politician whose lineage boasts ZERO participation in American armed forces, ZERO military veterans, and both pride and arrogance are on extreme display when that same politician -- Mitt Romney -- says his sons are instead "serving their country" by actively campaigning for him in his run for the presidency.

Many conservative, patriotic ABOers, on the other hand, exhibit ZERO arrogance and ZERO pride, but instead exhibit blind fear of Obama. EV, like me, respects that, though I -- and no doubt EV -- think their fear has clouded their judgment.

As has been explained to you multiple times now, during the first four-fifths of the time period you reference I was a Republican.

Can you produce some evidence for my involvement in any other party prior to 2008?

If not, you should preserve whatever small scraps of your reputation around here might remain at this point and simply admit you were wrong.
