TEHRAN – An informed source has announced that Iran, Russia, China, and Syria plan to stage a joint war game in Syria in the near future, the Persian service of the Fars News Agency reported on Monday.
90,000 forces from the four countries will be involved in the war game, the informed source said.
No official from the countries has confirmed the news report, but a Syrian official, who spoke on conditional anonymity, announced that the joint war game will be launched in Syria.
I was thinking the same thing - this is a mobilization, not a war game.
As for Israel, Ezekiel says that the angels themselves would protect her once the Jews have returned to their homeland. The lands of the coast and the isles, they don’t fare well, apparently. Fire rains down from the sky on them.
Then the army of the North will come down to Isreal to take a great spoil (Nat gas, and other things?)
Doubt our leadership has the balls though...

Wrong. In fact all of those parties are teaming against Al-Qaeda takeover of Syria and such a takeover, supported by US, is a real catastrophe for Israel.
China among other neighbors of Japan, had been attacked by Japan in '31 and again around '37. America entered WWII after Japan attacked us on December 7 of '41 at Peal Harbor, HI ( Funny, isn't that where BO is from? ). We declared war on Japan the next day and we declared war on Germany a few days after that, IIRC.
Things had been brewing for sometime as you can see.
If things get out of hand this time, it looks like China, Russia, Iran, Syria, Egypt and maybe Turkey will form an alliance, with maybe the US betraying Israel. Certainly Israel has become a millstone around the neck of the world as also prophesied.
Pretty much exactly the way the prophets of the Bible predicted thousand of years ago.
As things develop, the prophesies of the Bible began to make more and more sense. Things seem to be falling into place pretty rapidly.

Russia, Syria deny war games with China and Iran
MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia and Syria on Tuesday denied an Iranian media report that Syria would host Russian, Chinese and Iranian military forces for joint exercises.
Iranian news agency Fars said 90,000 troops and hundreds of ships, tanks and warplanes from the four countries would take part in the war games on land and sea in Syria soon.
The Russian Defense Ministry called such reports "disinformation" and the Russian news agency Interfax quoted an adviser to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad as saying it was not true.
"There will be nothing like that. This is one of those (pieces of) false information that are distributed about (Syria)," Interfax quoted Bouthaina Shabaan, the adviser who was in Moscow on Tuesday, as saying.
Which means that Russia, China, Syria, Iran will not be playing, games.

I had said up the line that these exercises might be wishful thinking on Iran's part. That was naive of me. It's more likely Iran is trying to goad Russia and especially China into a confrontation with the West over some loose official Russian and Chinese talk they had over heard.
Also, I saw where Ahmadinejad is saying he's thinking of retiring next year. Get ready, he's more likely lit a fuse or about to.
I agree with you that it's looking like it will get even more crowded in that part of the world. Russia's denial of the report forces China to either not attend or send forces for other reasons. Guess Russia wants it all to themselves and anyway, they've never been the best of allies.
I'd suggest keeping an eye on China though and the size of Russian forces being deployed. According to what most scripture analyst believe, China gets involved at some point.
Also, I recommend keeping an eye on the Pak site linked above. Those guys know a lot and don't seem to mind talking about it. lol
