John Kerry to portray Mitt Romney in mock debates

Even presidents have to prepare. Straight out of central casting, the Obama campaign has asked Senator John Kerry, D-Mass., to stand in for Mitt Romney in mock debates. The news first appeared via The Washington Post.

Like Romney, Kerry hails from Massachusetts. But the similarities don't stop there. Both come from wealthy families, both are tall and lean, and both have glorious heads of hair. And they both know their way around a podium.

Obama's chief strategist David Axelrod said, "There is no one that has more experience or understanding of the presidential debate process than John Kerry. He's an expert debater who has a fundamental mastery of a wide range of issues, including Mitt Romney's Massachusetts. He's the obvious

“There is plenty to hate about Romney without making sh-t up.

That being said, this lunacy of advocating 4 more years of Obama (not you two, I’m just venting) on this Conservative website has GOT to stop.”

Well said!

Unlike 99.998% of people on this site, I live in MA and lived here when Glove (as some of us call him) was governor. He's at BEST a RINO, BUT compared to the America-hating, Marxist Muslim that currently occupies 1600 Penn. Ave., there's no comparison.

And clicking one’s heels three times and saying “I'm writing in Popeye for POTUS” shows a glaring lack of comprehension of the danger Obama represents.

You play to win the game

The scary part is what some are wanting to win. Another 4 years of Obama could be another decade or so of Obama.

It would have been wonderful to have had a Conservative as our nominee but WE lost politically and we do not have one as our nominee.

I for one cannot throw the US Constitution out with the RINO and anyone who can... I question their Conservatism.

Mitt was not my first, second or even third choice.

I will vote for anyone who can beat Obammy.

As God is my witness, if Mitt pulls a “McStain moment” by saying that Obammy is a good guy, I will NEVER vote for a RINO again.

EVER.

Amen.

This is good news for Mitt. Obama’s teleprompter will get nuanced into a dysfunctional stupor.

"...if the United States were to set a date for withdrawal the prisoners of war would be returned."-J.F. Kerry

"Under questioning from the Committee, Kerry referred to the democratically elected government of South Vietnam -- our allies -- as a "dictatorial regime, the Thieu-Ky-Khiem regime," while respectfully calling the North Vietnamese communist regime we were fighting by its oxymoronic official name, the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, and the murderous Viet Cong's political arm by their preferred "Provisional Revolutionary Government.":

June, 1970 -- Kerry joins Vietnam Veterans Against the War (VVAW), a national veterans group that is part of the Peoples Coalition for Peace and Justice. The PCPJ is a broad coalition of local and national organizations, including the Communist Party, USA, "committed to conducting demonstrations aimed at ending the war in Indochina, and poverty, racism and injustice at home." The VVAW, CCI and PCPJ all have headquarters at 156 Fifth Avenue in New York City. VVAW Executive Secretary Al Hubbard, a former Black Panther, is also on the coordinating committee of the PCPJ. Hubbard soon appoints Kerry to the VVAW's Executive Committee, bypassing the normal election process.

Fact: The Black Panthers were revolutionary communists...

From the Maoist Internationist Movement:
[1960s/original] Black Panther Party [BPP] Archives
From the article: REVOLUTIONARY HEROS

"On May 1st, May Day [1969], the day of the gigantic Free Huey rally, two of Alioto's top executioners vamped on the brothers from the Brown Community who were attending to their own affairs. These brothers, who are endowed with the revolutionary spirit of the Black Panther Party defended themselves from the racist pig gestapo [i.e., the police].

Pig Joseph Brodnik received his just reward with a big hole in the chest. Pig Paul McGoran got his in the mouth which was not quite enough to off him.

The revolutionary brothers escaped the huge swarm of pigs with dogs, mace, tanks and helicopters, proving once again that "the spirit of the people is greater than the man's technology."

To these brothers the revolutionary people of racist America want to say, by your revolutionary deed you are heroes, and that you are always welcome to our camp."

November 22, 1970 -- During a fund-raising tour for GI deserters, Vietnam Veterans Against the War and the Black Panthers, Jane Fonda is quoted in the Detroit Free Press as telling a University of Michigan audience:

"I would think that if you understood what communism was, you would hope, you would pray on your knees that we would someday become communist," and "The peace proposal of the Viet Cong is the only honorable, just, possible way to achieve peace in Vietnam."

John Kerry and the VVAW--Hanoi's American Puppets?
"Two recently discovered documents captured from the Vietnamese communists during the Vietnam War strongly support the contention that a close link existed between the Hanoi regime and the Vietnam Veterans Against the War (VVAW) while John Kerry served as the group's leading national spokesman."

John Kerry, from his book, The New Soldier
"We will not quickly join those who march on Veterans' Day waving small [American] flags, calling to memory those thousands who died for the 'greater glory of the United States.'..."

"The John Kerry quote comes in the epilogue to "The New Soldier," the book put out by Vietnam Veterans Against the War [VVAW]. The book's cover features a group of not-particularly sober-looking anti-war protesters (vets, presumably) flying the American flag upside down [while mocking the historic flag raising event at Iwo Jima]":

Note John Kerry's name at top right of The New Soldier

"We will not quickly join those who march on Veterans' Day waving small (American) flags, calling to memory those thousands who died for the 'greater glory of the United States.' "

So John Kerry would have a difficult time marching with 'those' waving small American flags yet had NO problems marching with those waving HUGE VIETCONG FLAGS?

Too late the Constitution is already gone. Mark Levin is absolutely correct that we live in a “Post Constitutional America”. What the hell is a Romney gonna do to bring it back? He’ll probably throw some more dirt on the grave.

Well then I guess all that Obama has done is legal and he is eligible to be pResident of the United States for as long as he desires. Why even have a Congress?

Mark Levin also said he'd vote for an orange juice can before he'd vote for Obama and the last I heard he was going to vote for Romney so I'm going to vote for whoever can replace the man destroying this nation even if it's an orange juice can.

Oh, brother. The Dems are so dumb, they think all rich guys are the same.

They miss one big difference here despite all the “similarities” they’ve drawn: Mittens earned his money - Kerry married it.

Anything that gives us four more years of Obama is to be avoided, no matter how bad it tastes.
Absolutely! I hope enough of us get the message in time.

After Santorum and Newt dropped out, Mark said that we are all now Romney supporters. I have to agree.

“Do you not feel what this man has done to us?”

I’m with ya’ - Monica Crowley was outstanding on BOR earlier, discussing her book with dummy Bill - she was very outspoken about what The Wan’s been working quickly to do to our country and, basically, tear it down.

To be fair, I almost missed NLZ’s /sarc tag at the end - hopefully, it explains that statement.
