The Obama Record: The chief executive who swore to faithfully execute the nation's laws picks those he'll ignore and makes up others through regulation and executive order. He sees no need for a Congress or Constitution.
Maybe it's because Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts stumbled a bit in leading President Obama through the oath of office that the president doesn't feel bound by it.
But through the awkwardness these words were heard: "I, Barack Hussein Obama, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
It would not take Obama long to make clear he meant his interpretation of the Constitution, not the Supreme Court's, a principle established in Marbury v. Madison, the 1802 case that formed the basis for the exercise of judicial review in the U.S. under Article III of the Constitution.
In his State of the Union address a year later on Jan. 27, 2010, he shamefully scolded the justices on national television for "having reversed a century of law" in the Citizens United ruling in which the court was protecting the freedom of political speech enshrined more than two centuries ago in the First Amendment. We agree with Justice Samuel Alito's eloquent rebuff of the president, in which he was seen mouthing the words "Not true."
Then came ObamaCare, which would prove to be a monumental assault on the First and 10th Amendments to the Constitution. Virginia, along with other states, filed suit challenging the landmark health care reform law on the grounds the law's requirement that its residents have health insurance violates the Commerce Clause of the Constitution.

The question? Is a child born in the United States of a Kenyan father with dual Kenyan and British nationality and never an American citizen and a mother born in Kansas, KS a natural born citizen within the meaning of the US Constitution?
The suit between states provides direct access to Scotus and the question once answered would be the basis for a mandamus action to remove the usurper in chief. IMHO ;-)

The poll is extremely discouraging. It’s discouraging to the extent that it proves that practically a majority of Americans don’t know what the hell is going on. This nation is being murdered by a maniacal muslim lunatic. More shocking, however, is that he is abetted by an evil Congress and their thousands of staffers.
Since the Constitution is toilet paper for the legions of leftists, it appears that Washington DC looks a lot like Madrid did in 1936. Our problem is that there is not a benevolent despot like Francisco Franco to throw the rascals into the Potomac.

America's hallowed White House and supreme law of the land were trampled down and profaned by an alien usurper on January 20, 2009 (hence my long-running tag line).
What had always been - our beloved Constitution - was officially cast aside, rejected, and abolished with the establishment of a lawless stranger to reign over us.

Those who sigh and cry for all the abominations done in the midst thereof (Ezekiel 9) use terms such as "obamanation", "destroyer", "lawless", and "usurper" without making the connection to the profanation of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem (the seat of government and place where the Law of the Land was kept and guarded).
Time for folks to wake up. That "daily sacrifice" rejected and taken away in the book of Daniel could be interpreted with those words, and compared to the sacrifices made by our Founding Fathers and *continuing* with those down the generations in order to guard and keep our beloved Constitution.
However...
That English translation is made for the word "ha-tamid", and is simply literally "the continuance", that particular something which always (tamid) had been or continued day after day, but was then removed. That explains the addition of the word "sacrifice" to the English translation, as the daily Temple sacrifices were halted when the alien usurper [Antiochus IV Epiphanes] entered in and offered instead, the swine to Zeus.

The "tamid", that certain something (see post 29) that is a continuance (Strong's H8548) that is at some point not continued (i.e. the situation changes in an obamanable way), is a masculine noun.
And it magnified itself even to the prince of the host, and from (out of) him the TAMID was taken away, and the place (fixed/established place, foundation) of its (the tamid's) sanctuary was cast down:
sanctuary = miqdash, the inner sanctuary
