STOP! Take A Deep Breath! We Have Just Been Handed A Golden Opportunity!
Semi-Vanity | Friends and Fiends

Posted on 06/28/2012 2:00:08 PM PDT by MindBender26

Take a deep breath, and think.

In all reality, Obamacare is no more than 15% of the socialist filth and anti-American disasters that the Obama administration has fostered on us.

Horribly weakened military A blame-America foreign policy Gays welcomed in the military A crushing national debt Open borders Everybody possible on Food Stamps Only Blacks are worthy of help by the DOJ Fast and Furious High $ giveaways for every radical group and cause. Eric Holder in general Hillary, et al. Solindra LightSquared Van Jones Cash for Clunkers Dollars for Dishwashers $49,000,000 to give high speed internet to 7 people in Montana, (Yes, 49 MILLION of your dollars for 7 people!) The. Rev Wright Loss of all our friends in the ME. The Iranian bomb Adios Pakistan

and more and more and more

Now, for the first time, we have a issue that we can get the undecideds angry about.

Now, for the first time, we have an issue that will make most Americans scream, "Get that bastard out of my White House!"

Now, most Americans see Obama as a "clear and present danger." No more "everyone else is just as bad." Obamacare will be Romney's #1 issue, but so much else will be addressed as well.

Had we won on Obamacare, we would have lost a voter invigorating issue and given the Dems one.

Now, if we play it right, we can have every American middle class person and undecided running to their window and screaming "I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore."

Getting rid of Obama solves the Obamacare problem, helps bring a conservative House and Senate, and so very much more!

We may have lost a battle... and this battle can win us the war.

In reality, we have been handed a great gift.

Rest, get sleep, plan, scheme, think: "What can I do for the next 135 days to help get rid of Obamacare.... Obamaism.... and Obama ! ?

Today is Dunkirk. Tomorrow is Overlord. November 6th is VE, VJ, VAmerica and VWorld Day.

Smile. We have just begun.... and for me, John has a long mustache!

And your answer to this problem is the golden solution of Romney?

A man whose history is littered with the same type of Progressive Liberal actions/policy positions?

1. Implemented Gay Marriage in MA.
2. Supported and pushed Gay Adoption
3. Implemented his own brand of Socialized Medicine (RomneyCare) proclaimed by many to be the father of ObamaCare.
4. Implemented an "Assault" Weapons Ban in MA AFTER the Federal ban had been allowed to expire.
5. Increased Taxes and Fees on anything that moved to the tune of $700 million.
6. Supportted the Brady Bill
7. Supported TARP
8. Supported Amnesty through McCain-Kennedy
9. Supported Global Warming
10. Almost implemented his own Carbon Cap-and-Trade system for MA.

Those campaigning for Obama’s re-election here on FR are now also campaigning for Obamacare.

I hope you’re right. Nothing more would make me happy than to see Obama’s smug face turn into shock when he loses come November.

I’ve begun to see things this way too. And remember, it’s no longer the ObamaCare mandate; it’s The ObamaTAX, because of today’s Supreme Court decision and Roberts’ majority opinion!

Yes, we'd better make sure Romney loses in November.

See tag.

I agree.

It’s only a matter of time, before this entire country is one big Detroit!

A golden opportunity to do what? Put another RINO in the White House so he can screw us over by replacing Obamacare with Romneycare and by putting more justices on the Supreme Court like Roberts?

At what point are conservatives going to stop bending over and taking it from the Republican party?

The biggest tax increase in the nation’s history, and almost all of it hits the lower to middle class. And all of them are hit twice as hard, as none of it is deductible off of taxes, whereas those with nice big corps never have to pay a penny of tax on it, since it’s deducted by the business.

So step right up, and have CONGRESS fix THEIR MESS, like they should have done in the past two years, rather than waiting for the SCOTUS to do the job for them. Because let’s be honest here - ROMNEY can’t fix this. He can wave, and dither, and say he’s going to fix it, but only Congress can defund it.

Case in point.

The stupidity and gullibleness of conservatives thinking they are going to get anything much better out of a lying, left-wing, Progressive Liberal whose own record declares him to be a kissing-cousin to Obama is mind boggling and on display on this thread.

...the Senate will never get rid of Obamacare...

My theory is that one can tell who the stupidest, craziest, nastiest people on this forum are because they claim to know with absolute certainty what the GOP will do in the future, and it is never the right thing.

Have you ever noticed this?

Have you ever noticed that the optimistic, reasonable people try to decide what the most promising thing to do is, and then promote that course of action hopefully but without guarantees.

But the crazy, nasty, haters are the ones who know for sure what the future holds, and it is always catastrophe.

Have you ever noticed this?

is the golden solution of Romney?

No, Romney is not THE golden solution.

But along with a GOP House and Senate we have a great chance to get some kind of real health reform whereas with Obama we have ABSOLUTELY ZERO chance.

So go with ABSOLUTELLY ZERO if you really want it.

Maybe but, the GOp has always had a difficult hand to play on these issues. The Dems are saying, “Here is your free stuff.” The GOP is always saying, “This stuff isn't free and one day it will destroy the economy.” While the GOP is correct without a doubt, it been a political impossibility to convince the average Joe Q and Jane Q. Like I said, maybe times have changed but, maybe not. Joe Q wants his free stuff.

More likely is that one day the poop finally hits like it did in Greece and when that day arrives, the Dems will have cleverly positioned themselves to blame it all on the GOP. So, even when the Day of reckoning finally arrives because of the Dems as we've all been predicting, it'll still be blamed on us. I for one am having trouble being optimistic. There is nothing in our past record (going back to 1932) that says we can have the political skills to overcome this set back. With the exception of Ronald Reagan, our candidates just can't sell the fiscal truth in a politically palatable fashion.

Those campaigning for Obama’s re-election here on FR are now also campaigning for Obamacare.

And, what are going to do if Romney and the Republicans get and either don't repeal Obamacare or pass a similar Romney alternative? What are going to do if Romney sticks with judges as bad or worse than Romney? You keep voting Republicans while conservatives keep losing because of Republican policies and judges.

At what point will you hold the Republican party accountable?

Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result is the definition of insanity.
