This is not some obscure fact. So why on God's green earth would Romney's spokesman being seeking to characterize Obamacare as not imposing a tax? Are they trying to make it harder to overturn Obamacare? I'd love to get straightforward answers to those questions from Romney supporters. You ask questions that can't be answered while being unable to give cogent reason why Obama for 4 more years won't be an even bigger disaster against Freedom.

Most of us "Romney Supporters" are only so because we see what so many others see - a real distinction between Obam and Romney and a chance to leverage a crack in the Left's control of so much of government and our lives. We don't think he's a savior and wouldn't have thought of voting for him while there was hope of another candidate. Reality set in and we see it, which seems to elude the tunnel-visioned psychotic approach of those who continue to try to destroy him and insure another Odisater term.

It doesn't matter whether he calls it a tax now - not doing so would allow some rubbing the Dims' faces in it if it gets repealed for being a tax, as the nutcase/coward on SCOTUS had to classify it as in order to allow the monster to live. The Left will have to show it's hypocrisy by trying to defend both sides of whether it's a tax or a penalty. What difference to most people at this juncture whether they see a masked bandit with a gun saying, "This is a robbery, give me your money", or a guy in a suit saying, "This is a strongarm extortion, give me your money"? The People are being screwed either way and more are waking up to it. It will play how it plays and either you will be jumping with glee as Romney goes down in flames or I will be jumping in glee as Obama's disaster terminates. My glee will be more satisfying.

Now, I'm not asking who you will vote for or if you will vote. I'm asking which of the candidates do you prefer is president after the vote in November? A straight forward answer of one word will do.

Well let's see here....

My (OUR) "choices" are between the following 2:

This one.....

Photobucket

OR, this one....

Mitt-Romney-2756

Decisions, decisions!!!

I realize there are some HATE-Mittens and Mormons who might have to give this some serious considerations and even then, will opt to stay home, but for me, it's a no-brainer!!!

All we need to do is take three Seats away from the Dems. All you FReepers in....

VA: Help George Allen take the retiring Jim Webb’s seat.
ND: Help the GOP candideate (Rick Berg; I think...????) take the seat held by the retiring Kent Konrad.
MO: Get rid of Barack’s girlfriend Claire McKaskill.
FL: I know Connie Mack isn’t a sterling candidate, but you need to get rid of Bill Nelson.
NE: And you FReepers PLEASE replace the other Nelson (Ben) with the Pubbie over the Dem Kerry.

I FEEL CONFIDENT WE CAN RE-TAKE THE SENATE & REPEAL OBAMACARE. Whaddya think folks? Think we can do it?

51 votes won’t repair the damage to the Constitution..

It’s up to Romney to nominate conservative judges.

I have little faith that Romney will do it. I KNOW Obama won’t.

RE:”Well, Congress can clearly pass excises, duties, and imposts. They can pass direct taxes apportioned among the several States. And they can pass unapportioned direct taxes on incomes, however derived.
Which one is this? “

Well it is progressively based on income and it is collected by the IRS taken from an income tax refund via the 16th amendment, But what about the punitive aspect?? Those who meet the Obama-care requirements are exempt from this new tax. Like the tax credit Americans get for their air conditioners or driers exempt them from part of their income taxes?? Never seen a lawsuit challenging those because they are popular.

I see Romney is back to calling it a tax joining the GOP. "It's fine, no it's tax, No I mean a fine, tax today, fine tomorrow" , Republicans sound just like Democrats,

Congress should immediately cut funding. Is it a tax or a mandate? This battle isn’t over by a long shot. Cut funding, as has already started in the House with the IRS. That’s a good move.

Repeal the legislation. The House will vote to do this next week or so. Good move. The Senate will have a tussle over who votes to do what. This is a good thing. Reid will fight to keep it from a vote but he will be forced to fight it during the last 100 days of the election cycle. Good move.

Even if the Senate voted to pass the bill (next to impossible) we win as the Omeba will be forced to veto it. Another good move.

Get serious.
